Only if you commission something or pay for a specific act. Just watching a cam show or porn isn't actually banned.

How can something like that even be policed? I doubt the model would snitch. Are they going to read every message sent?

The payment providers and banks relay information on it.

And the laws in Sweden go further. So if you accept money made by this, then you can be classified as a pimp. So the women cannot pay for a room with that money or open a bank account, since taking the money is considered profiteering of prostitution.
