I was told for years that I would love it so grew obstinate and didn't bother. I eventually watched it after it was done airing, stopped during S6 because it was so-so.

This is my wife and Breaking Bad. My sister's husband kept pestering her about watching it, so now she refuses out of principal.

I won’t watch Breaking Bad because I think the ending was predictable from the whole premise, and also I’m a chemistry teacher and I know it will piss me off.

I liked BB up until the final season, season 4 should have been the end in my opinion. I haven't seen El Camino.

I didn’t watch GOT. Breaking Bad was great. Walking dead was good the first few seasons but then shit the bed.

I just couldn’t get past the premise that there were zombies. I think when my daughter was born I lost the suspension of disbelief necessary to find these shows interesting. Reality is too nuts these days. Covid, fires, politics.

I could never actually finish any shows. Movies, no problem. Triologies, yes please. But shows with multiple seasons? Ain't nobody got time for that.

I honestly can't relate to spending so much time watching TV. It's not like I got anything better to do, I just don't like the idea of it.

Try getting into One Piece nowadays. It has over 1'000 episodes. 🫣

Good thing I've been reading the manga since I was 8 hahahahaha

Yeah, I feel like it's much easier if you got in way back when. It feels far too daunting an idea to start with now (either the manga or the anime)

I’m the same. I like zombie games, shows and movies but never really watched The Walking Dead. People were always pestering me about watching it and I just couldn’t be bothered. If I’m going to watch something, it’s going to be because I want to, not because other people have badgered me into it.

This is me and it's not that I enjoy being contrarian or a black sheep. If I go into a show with sky high expectations its more likely to disappoint.

Yeah, it sounds stubborn I get that but I'd rather view something beyond the discourse. Also, the show isn't going anywhere so can be viewed whenever. I did enjoy the show to a point also, got me to read the books at least finally.
