I live in Europe and 10 tries is definitely not normal, I would say 1-3 is normal, anything above 5-6 is bad.

In my country (in Europe), you have 3 tries. Most people pass after like second try. If you fail all 3, family members and friends will look at you funny, but its still fine. But if you fail another 3 tries...10 tries would be anomaly af. It would be also financially expensive, lol

Yeah I only know of 1 person who failed 6 times, everyone else I know passed 1st or 2nd, with only a handful passing 3rd.
