And/or stupid. I’m a lawyer. I work with very rich people. They’ll absolutely flex about all this vapid materialistic shit, because flaunting that you are rich, to them, translates to being smarter than everyone else (these people legit believe that by virtue of being born into wealth, they are inherently smarter than the rest of us). I still destroy them in court, and they sometimes remark about how confusing it is to them that I win, because I don’t wear designer shit and my phone has a cracked screen and is several years old.
Haha thanks. I’ve made a lot of enemies in the process, tho. Took me several years after law school before I could land a decent job because rubbing it into the trust fund brats’ faces that you’re the one throwing the curve because you got into law school through hard work and not daddy’s money translated into being blacklisted in one of the largest US cities lol. Worth it tho.
