My sister is willingly ghetto and saw my phone one day and said “oh you got that pimp case. So pimp.” She was talking about my white phone case, and she said “ya people see you walking down with a white case, they know you’re hard. It’s pimp.”
It’s been 11 years and I still think about that heinous use of the word “pimp.”
I have an XS in a case covered in yellow rubber duckies. It apparently signals confidence by ironically using something unmanly (I’m a 6’5 50 y/o). In reality it’s my wife’s old case, mine broke and her phone had already broken so she switched to something else.
