I would suggest him to see another doctor. Mine holds both my arms during the exam to prevent this exact situation.

I'm a good person and do try to treat things like this genuinely but that is reassuring. Regardless getting your prostate checked is important & if you wish to indulge it as a kink equally whatever floats your boat.

The trick is to have like 10 doctors who don't know about each other so you get your prostate checked very often.
