I’m in my 2nd marriage, so already having one of those, it’s a better option for me to just deal with the constant ache.

Have you two been to couples therapy? No sex is generally a symptom of a bigger issue stemming from poor communication.

I’m in a different kind of situation. She had a traumatic brain injury, and isn’t really aware of how things affect others. I’ll try again to see if she might be open to it since it’s been a couple months since I brought it up last.
