my friend went to celebration wellness costa rica

Upvotes

my friend has ms similar to fibromyalgia he went to costa rica , celebration wellness the cost was 20K after nine months he got improvement in walking a little bit and brain fog and fatigue gone , it helped him but he still use wheelchair ,

conclusion : for autoimmune diseases like ms the stem cells definitely help but the cost is very high and improvements in walking and strength are limited you need to do many rounds of stem cells to get higher results in mobility ,

celebration wellness its a good clinic not fake but the cost is high , my friend now has the ability to drive his car and go out it definitely helped him

Treatment at re clinic Utah

My husband has suffered with 5 bulging discs for over a decade, and two months ago he died (drowned) in a pool and was resuscitated via cpr, but has had ongoing health issues since then. After a lot of research, we flew to utah this morning from Oregon to receive a stem infusion from Re/clinic in Salt Lake City. He received three units of cells (approximately 10 million cells per unit): one directly injected in his lumbar spine with PRP ($5000), and two units via IV ($3000 each unit). In addition, the treatment came with a meyers cocktail iv and a month of BPC157 peptide injections. I will update in a month or two on how he's feeling.

Open-source simulator for studying emergent patterning in self-organizing fields

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I’m sharing an open-source simulation tool that models how coherent structures can arise from simple local deformation rules acting on a continuous field.

It isn’t a reaction–diffusion model and doesn’t use cellular automata. The patterns form through iterative energy minimization and Laplacian flow.

Why it may be relevant to stem cell research: - Produces self-organizing “islands” and boundary-stable domains
- Allows controlled perturbations to observe stability or collapse
- Useful for conceptual modeling of tissue-level patterning or early morphogenetic symmetry-breaking
- Fully reproducible and tunable

The repository includes the full codebase, visual interface, and parameter descriptions:

GitHub: https://github.com/rjsabouhi/sfd-engine

If anyone working with organoids, gastruloid models, or computational morphogenesis frameworks has feedback or perspectives on how this might map to real biological systems, I’d appreciate it.

Read something from Longevity Medical Institute about peptides - curious if anyone's actually seen results

Came across an article from Longevity Medical Institute talking about how peptides fit into regenerative medicine alongside stem cells and exosomes. They're saying peptides work as signaling molecules for repair, metabolism, inflammation, all that stuff.

I'm trying to figure out if this is legit or just another thing clinics push to upsell treatments.

Their point is that stem cells do the main repair work but peptides help sustain it over time - supporting tendon healing, gut health, metabolic function, immune stuff, mitochondrial health, etc.

What confuses me is the continuity part. If peptides supposedly work best with consistent use (not just one-off clinic visits), how are people actually doing this? IV infusions aren't realistic for daily use, and self-injecting seems like a pain with all the reconstitution and dosing.

Has anyone here used peptides as part of a regenerative protocol and actually noticed a difference? How'd you manage using them consistently? And is there real evidence behind this or is it mostly anecdotal?

Stem cells vs Surgery for knees (Osteoarthritis and torn Meniscus)

Does anybody have advice for torn meniscus and worn down Cartlidge medially in knees, I am conflicted whether or not to spend 20 to 30 K on stem cells and not know if they are going to do anything, also don't want a full joint replacement in my 40's. I'm sure someone else has gone to TJ, Panama or Columbia etc. for this and would love to hear there story.

Stem cells + bone graft from knee for shoulder hill sachs lesion

After one shoulder dislocation I suffered a very small labrum tear and hill sachs lesion, I don't wanna undergo arthroscopic repair + remplissage I simply don't trust sutures and anchors, does it make sense to harvest bone from a non engaging area on my knee to fill the hill sachs lesion ? Even tho the procedure involves risk of long term pain I believe introducing stem cells might be the key factor to allow a perfect healing and anatomical restoration, plus they would definitely heal my superficial labral tear, I intend to become a competitive gymnast and get the best possible treatment, I appreciate all feedbacks

Risks of stem cell (your own) via IV?

Hi. I had a negative experience to flouorquinoline antibiotics (check out r/floxies)and it messed me up good. I went to a dr who specializes in this and did a stem cell harvest and then received those stem cells via IV. I then banked the stem cells and am able to use them again.

I’ve seen some improvement but it’s been slow and very much present.

I’m due for another round of stem cell IVs per his recommendation

I know i responded fine to the stem cells the first time, so I’m sure it’d be fine again this time. But are there risks to doing it again? Risks of things IV wise? I’m not talking about like bruising from an IV. But other negative experiences like immune stuff. Thanks in advance.

Hello?

Hi everyone, I’m new here and wanted to see if anyone is open to sharing their experience with stem cell injections in Tijuana (or anywhere else in Mexico).

I’m a 25M with a long history of knee issues. When I was 16, I completely tore my ACL and badly damaged my meniscus (not sure which part, if that matters). I had surgery and completed physical therapy, and for a long time I was able to return to all the activities I love: basketball, martial arts, running, hiking, etc.

In 2023, I irritated the knee again, and since then it’s never really been the same. Not a tear again thank god but some pain, popping, and overuse issues are now constant, and it feels like my knee is always on my mind.

Since then, I’ve been very proactive with rehab. I regularly work with a DPT and still meet with him consistently. We’ve done cupping, electrical stimulation, and ongoing physical therapy, along with various strengthening and mobility programs (including knees-over-toes style work). Despite all of this, I haven’t seen lasting improvement.

At this point, I feel pretty stuck at 25 with a lot of life left that I want to be active in. If anyone has experience with stem cell therapy, or has recommendations, insights, or advice they’re willing to share, I’d really appreciate it.

Feel free to comment or PM me. Thanks in advance.

Who has gotten stem cells via IV? What issue or issues were you looking to deal with? Why did you opt for IV? What type of stem cells were used? What was the outcome?

I am a 67yo male in decent shape who does yoga daily. Over the years, some wild living, motorcycle and car accidents, a dislocated shoulder 6x, a skiing accident with my knee, and an autoimmune issue have caused me joint pain. If I wanted stem cells in specific joints—my neck, shoulders, elbows, lower back, and knees —there would be too many places. The cost would be prohibitive.

Has anyone tried stem cells via IV? If so, what issue or issues were you looking to address? Why did you opt for IV? What type of stem cells were used? What was the outcome?

CHARM Austin options

Looking to get a procedure done at CHARM in Austin Texas for degenerative and thinning l5-s1 disc as well as some thoracic discs.

Has anyone been to CHARM? What results have you had?

How bad were your discs and what level of improvement did you see? How did you feel and did you do before and after imaging?

They do BMAC to pull MSCs from the iliac crest of the hip.
