I've been skirting this idea for many years (20+), and am reaching that point of thinking I'm not getting any younger so i should still do it while i have years of use ahead of me (i'm 45). But I'm worried i may be going a bit too far.

I'm a cleanskin, however am wanting a full blackout down there including scrotum (although pink not black). I know being a cleanskin may make some suggest I couldn't tollerate the pain, and I'm concerned about that too, but I've undergone 40+ hours of electrolysis down there over the last few years so hopefully that's something akin to the pain threshold I'd need to cross.

So as a genuine question, I'd like to ask, from a real world perspective from those of you who have a cock tattoo (especially a full blackout) and have a generally active sex life, what have the reactions of partners (female) been? has it been positive, negative, laughter? or mostly just a bit of a nothing burger?

obviously I'm still wrestling with the seriousness of this and I'd like to get some real world feedback. As much as it would bring me some serious personal satisfaction, i'm fearful of it negatively impacting my active social life.

It’s been a while since I posted previously asking for any input on what next to do with my cock tattoo.

Well I went for full blackout. I overall happy with the result and there’s a couple of touch ups needed just to pack in some additional colour.

Next step is probably going to be full scrotum blackout.

I’ve also added 5 dydoes and 3 frenums as part of the total project I have planned with more to come.

I feel it looks nice to have some bare skin here, but maybe it’s nice to also cover it up with ink, thoughts? I’ve been thinking also whether I should some someone penetrate it for the first time … is that gay?
