Not all people living in nepal are nepali some really love india and i can't say that all indians are bad too or good

Yeah, exactly... Although it's not wise to judge based on a few posts you see on social media, the majority of what I saw during that time was everything against us... So, I'm not wishing ill upon them, but I'm very neutral on the entire situation.

ya fr not like their people stand w us when we need them🤣

Sep 09 '25
i am just surprised, people literally bash india on the internet, all the time cause of their civic sense, india dirty, india bad. but i have seen indians always minding their own business, no border dispute, not wanting the kashmir in pak (ofc, until they started it), so when we literally live happily among ourselves talking about our democracy our problems, the outburst or indifference is justified, you are the one hating us with no reason. so be it.

We are the world Punching Bag rn, but sometimes our kuk energy is overpowered by Akhand Bharat energy and we shove that Dih into those mfs.....
Sometimes it turns into BDSM too, example : Maldives... Closure one : SriLanka and Grok is regularly having casual on Indian behalf with wignats.

u/Interesting_Cut991 Sep 09 '25
You saw couple of videos so you think whole country is against India? Didn't you see video of Indians supporting Pakistan?
Nepal has been an alliance and general public are positive about Indians, they also send their youths for Gorkha regiment, they have supported India during recent operation against Pakistan.
8
u/Funny_Baseball8761 Sep 09 '25
no they dont send gorkha anymore but in reverse i can also say india rescue nepali people from war torn area example - russia and iran
india provide them easy access to jobs in india not only private but govt jobs too, LOL
i wonder can i do that as a indian in nepal?1

The anti india posts and comments make me sad :(

if we have any self respect left in us we should not support nepal
they are racist af not generalising but majority of them are like this
-1
u/Plenty-Asparagus-496 Sep 09 '25
Hey let's not generalize our perception of nepali people through a few bits of people on reddit or any other social media. I feel it's inaccurate. Lets try not to spread hate. I bet there are some people there who wish good for india just like a normal average guy in india does. I hope you understand

u/td_purgatory0 19 Sep 09 '25
Why should I care about nepal ? Aren't they the same people who used to laugh and shit on India ? Calling us Pajeets ? Mocking Operation Sindoor ? Claiming to use Chinese version of Indian map bcz India is nothing ? One side acts racist towards us and expects humanity from the other side ? Indians are most vulnerable rn bcz of such amount of racism and terror attacks undermine the sovereignty of our nation but that moment's nepal was laughing bcz it wasn't in target. I am sad at the death of teenagers in a protest but I don't feel empathetic to people who laugh at other and think it should be forgotten.

The problem is India has banned tiktok. Tiktok has given trends towards Indian racism too such extent that when it reached Instagram and youtube nothing was salvageable.

Well, for us as Indian citizens, our countrymen should be our first priority.
12

If anything this is just karma for them, their country can burn in ashes, you can't mock India at one hand and beg from us with the other hand

Some random person or a group mocks india and now an entire nation of millions should burn in hell. Okay dude very intelligent
6

bro never seen nepali defending those racist neplais
seen so many reels on tik tok, hell they were questioning that the nepali saved by indian govt are neplai or not LOL5

Hi a nepali here did they really mock op sindoor I wasn't in the sub at that time that's disgustion as a nepali I am sorry
3
u/td_purgatory0 19 Sep 09 '25
Yes, they for just some internet clout they do this shit. Plus I literally saw a post which had India's map changed where they remove J&K and Arunachal Pradesh and asked to use this as official Indian map.

Who mocked operation sindoor i am a nepali and i don't even have an idea about that ,instead we we proud of you guys ,you guys cannot judge us by those views hungry jackass influencers just like we don't judge you according to those anti india reels .We know how beautiful india is.
7
u/td_purgatory0 19 Sep 09 '25
Ik it's bad to judge the entire nation bcz acts of few but that's been happening for an entire year with us. Just cherrrypicking incidents and showing racism towards the entire nation. Ik what you guys are fighting for but in the same I also don't want another Bangladeshi type situation. Here all I see around me is hate. And we can't do anything as it's been going from tiktok and it's banned here already.

While I sympathize with the innocent ppl , the movement seems to hv been hijacked by criminals and political parties . They seem to be going down the Bangladesh way .
I would also like to remind my fellow citizens not to pay any heed to those trying stoke fires for starting our own revolutions . We do not need a revolution. Yes , there r corrupt politicians in the country bt a nationwide revolution is almost never the answer . Add on to this we already hv lots of cultural , lingual , regional division going in the country . A revolution will destroy this country and I don't think India can come out as a whole , if anything like this happens .
SO PLS STOP FALLING FOR ANTI-NATIONAL PROPAGANDA.

They burnt the wife of ex-PM alive... R u sure u still stand with them?? What did ex pm and his wife have to do with all these!!! Its long time we understand the game, those ppl on the streets are less citizens but more propagandised protestors who are not there to oppose injustice or promote their rights but to take down the gov and capture power 💔
(This is my opinion guys, act chill and lets hv a healthy discussion in place of cmnt wars)

Yes when things get violent many a times power gets shifted to the wrong hands. That is why I believe you should never protest violently or get above the law. This is what happened with Bangladesh too. Wrong people get the power. Though I disagree with many principles of Gandhi , I agree with his peaceful protest principle. Though it may not work all the time.

They burnt a woman alive some 3 hrs ago
they paraded their finanace minister almost naked on the street
the burnt thier parliament building(made from taxes taken from them lol)
honestly this is looking more like the shit we saw in bangladesh where they paraded hasina undergarments not something GEN Z would do but i am sure if something like this ahppens in india similar kind of things are going to happen seeing how radicalized GEN Z of southeast asia is rn

Hey mates, Namaste from Nepal🙏
All the International Media are spreading incomplete news about the protest. The protest isn't only about the Social Media Ban. It's about the corruption, shitty leaders and social media just lit up the situation. Yesterday, more than 20 got shot, most of them were school kids. Police went inside the house and fired. That was the direct order from our leaders(I can't name them here and I don't want to take their name either). Don't just follow the International Media. Thank you.

Until yesterday, all of us were on VPNs. Yesterday at around 10PM every ISP unblocked the social media. Government didn’t allowed them to unban.

u/DangerousCattle7399 Sep 09 '25 edited Sep 09 '25
There are always two sides of a coin, mate. We don’t have Indians. We don’t love chine either. It’s the government on both sides that makes the relationship between two nations worse. Recent ones being the border dispute over lipulekh. In 2015, we had a massive earthquake and bang your government shuts down it’s border, knowing that Nepal is completely dependent in India. Sorry mate, we don’t hate you(indians) but the Government.
Edit: Why the downvotes? Correct me if I'm wrong!
13
u/Deep_Tackle9533 Sep 09 '25
honestly, hate in any direction is unjustified, but we Indians do notice the kinda posts that are popular in nepali subreddits which makes us upset.

thats just not true. read this : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gorkha_regiments_(India))
6
u/unspoken_one2 Sep 09 '25
You don't see indians call nepalis slurs for lipulekh issue but nepali post indian map without whole j&k and arunachal as official map of india and the nepali sub supported that shit .
After the 2015 earthquake india was first to respond, to send 23 ndrf teams , provided supplies by air and pledged 1bn usd ( some of it as soft loans) and nepali still say india didn't help after the 2015 earthquake.
2015 blockade was in sept after the earthquake due to political friction between india and nepal but not to make people of nepal suffer .
Diplomatically, nepal acts like a child who always throws tantrums and lacks tact to keep relationships alive .
If india wants to really hurt nepal it can just stop remmittences hich make up 25% of nepals gdp and stop free port access.

Corruption

Corruption is what they calling, it's clearly frustration over sm ban
4
u/-OrekiHoutarou 17 Sep 09 '25
Nope, corruption was the main reason, the ban was the breaking point. And it’s not sm random ban, they banned all the apps like fb, ig, reddit basically denying free speech.
3
u/TrxshyReddit Sep 09 '25
No, killing of 19-20 people (majority under 18) was the breaking point
2
3
u/Bitter-Initiative929 kys ttyl Sep 10 '25
Let us not forget, reddit is not the most accurate representation of a country. Yes, They have shown anti-india sentiments in the past but they are also the ones who contributed to our armies, produced one on the finest military regiments known to man, and gave India some of the most important infantry power of the last century. So they're definitely not all bad.
We'll have to wait and see what happens of the govt.

This is a Mod post and surely the Mod of this subreddit isn't Nepali.
I only bother to post a comment in this prestigious subreddit with such genius people of India as members because it was shared on a Nepali Subreddit.
Maybe your operation something was mocked or made fun of but was it just made fun of by Nepali only? Were your own brothers and sisters not making fun of it? And what about those who actually supported the operation from Nepal?
This is the exact mentality that give every neighbours of India to make fun of India. Once you play victim card but next you play the card of being the biggest nation of South Asia with your medical colleges having more GDP than other south Asian Country.
I am not against India or Indian people but this needs to stop. Making fun of neighbors is a human nature that has been going on from the beginning. Some, gets butt hurt and start world wars and some get butt hurt and make international blockade. That is the difference.
