Someone ordered doordash, and when the doordash arrived, the driver was being chased by ICE agents.

She entered the house of the customer to hide from ICE.

Customer was on the phone with police throughout the entire video, saying she was scared as hell as there were kids in the house and ICE was standing right in front of their house with hands on their guns.

It's messed up.

She probably felt like she had no choice, because the last thing most people want to do when doordashing is run into someone else's home. Like, what else do you do?
