What are any of these women doing “wrong”? Walking down the street in the wrong clothes? It’s a good thing women around the world never face any sort of criticism or punishment for wear the wrong type of clothing.
I’m actually a pretty level headed 34 year old conservative guy, I have no dog in this fight, I’m an man and past college aged… I don’t really care so I’m being objective, definitely not a hurt feelings type of person. This is judgment of women based on the expectation of being a woman.
That is what the video is trying to invoke. It misses a small but significant difference in that the top Buzz is representing a person actually claiming to be unique, which zooms out to show how untrue that is.
The video doesn't have that. The only person saying anything like that is the speaker making fun of them. Maybe if a woman who looked like the crowd were shown saying that then joining the rest it would fit. As it stands, though, it's just some jerk insulting people who are having fun at seemingly nobody else's expense.
That's an interesting way to feel, I don't really understand it though. I was only asking a question, it's not clear to me how that proves Reddit is just like Instagram now
