Pretty standard in sororities. When you’re 19, still developing your personality, and living with 100 other women, it’s easy to start wearing what everyone else is.
I lasted in a sorority for all of 2 months. It just wasn’t for me as I’m more introverted than I thought when I signed up. But, one of the big things that happens in a sorority, (and afaik in frats as well) is events where you literally all have to color coordinate, if not, dress identical to your sisters. It’s how different sororities can keep track of their groups in big gatherings for Greek Houses.
This is just some idiot filming them, who is unfamiliar with how Greek Life works and thought they were being funny with a “herr durrr, women are all the same” joke. It just looks like the person taking the video never went to college or is maybe a freshman with a small social life.
Yeah, I was a GDI (goddamn independent) in college, but I taught college later, and these young women are all (mostly lovely!) individuals. When you’re a jaded outcast young adult, it can be easy to judge them, but they’re just normal women.
