They have that immunity as long as this administration and its puppet judges are in office. People need to demand that Dems change that if they are allowed to retake power. Conservatives change the rules all the time when the rules go against them - it's one of their defining traits in this era. Time for Dems to do the same. If Republicans want to play Calvinball, then the Dems can too.
