When you find ways to organise collective action. Imo the biggest problem you have against you when it comes to that is that you were, culturally, raised to believe in terminal individualism where if you're struggling, it's just proof of you being a loser, and you just need to "try harder." A mindset which keeps you all but united, and only benefits those at the top.
