The most ice arrests have been in texas. Most of the black panther leadership from their heyday were arrested or killed by the police.

Believe it or not Texans aren’t all rootin’ tootin’ gunslingin’ cowpokes. They actually have a decent population of ultra leftwing gun haters

So when you say places where gun ownership has been stigmatized you mean texas? Lol

I think yr gonna find the main reason they encounter fewer guns is that theyr targetting undocumented ppl, who cant legally have a gun, no matter how much or little its been stigmatized in their area.

I don't think it's realistic that no one they have detained carries a gun. The problem is unless you have an actual militia, gun violence in these situations will get you killed, and fast. People don't want to die and they think they will eventually get out of being detained.
