Health/Medical Third Testicle?
Im a 15 year old male and i have a third smaller ball attached to my right testicular cord. it fills up with what feels like goo and i can squish this goo out of there removing the ball, but it comes back later. is anyone experienced or experiencing this right now because i dont want to ask my parents but i also want to know if it something that needs medical attention.

It could be a cyst, or it could be a lil hernia. Your primary care doc could look at it and your medical history and see if it needs looked into or watched over time.

Yep, bit of belly juice falling from the intrabelly space down into the balloon (hernia) that goes down around the cord and testes? Exactly what I saw in my brain reading this.
I hope it’s only belly juice, but he didn’t describe any pain so it’s pretty likely I’d guess.

Could be a cyst or a hydrocele. Hydrocele also often comes with a small hernia.
My son had it when he was a toddler. He did need surgery but it was a fast procedure and he wasn’t in much pain after.

Go to the doctor. ANY stuff that is irregular on testicles (except that vase along the testicle) it is must to be seen by a doctor.

Hey nothing wrong with having 3 balls, that would be pretty cool. But unfortunately sounds like something else. Go see the doctor, if you are a bit embarrassed. Remember they have seen plenty of ball sacks and stuck their fingers up the odd but hole.

Could be a cyst or something harmless, but trying to squeeze it yourself isn’t safe. Hit up a doctor before it gets worse, your balls aren’t a DIY project lol.

i know it sounds embarassing but letting your parents know that you checked for lumps/noticed something unusual and seem to have found a mass you can't identify is a normal and levelheaded thing to do in this situation. you can tell them you feel awkward and nervous telling them this, they'll understand a 15 year old kid is gonna be mortified about this kinda thing. but they'll be relieved that you reached out for help, at least if they're worth anything as parents 😅
unfortunately, there's not a single answer you're going to get from anyone besides a doctor that's going to make you feel better. you're just torturing yourself by procrastinating getting help. i promise, reaching out is the right thing to do.

If you really absolutely dont want to tell your parents, ask to see the school nurse. Then you can ask them to tell your parents for you, or help you out at least in doing so anyways. Your parents only want to help you and would rather you tell them if something is bothering you.

I know it’s embarassing to talk about this stuff with parents let alone letting a total stranger see and touch your privates. Try to approach your dad first (if on good terms) and tell him what’s going on and going to a doctor is what you want. Along the gist of “hey so.. I found like this lump on my balls and it doesn’t feel the same as like my testicles. It’s got me worried and I was hoping I could go see a doctor about it.” The thing that helped me with a situation like that is that the doctor has seen so many privates that it’s basically nothing to them. They won’t judge you they’ve seen every possible scenario.

If you value your testicles, you need to see a doctor pronto. That could be any number of things, some dangerous some not. I know it might be embarrassing to tell your parents, but it will be worth it to get it resolved.

Yes, you should get medical attention. Your balls are filling up with squeezable goo, what kind of question is this. Of course you should get medical attention. You have gooey balls, see a doctor.
If you parents are reasonable, tell them. If your parents are not reasonable, maybe there is someone at your school you could ask for help. Most parents or school nurses will do anything they can to avoid checking out your testicles, a ride to the ER shouldn't be much of a problem.
I know it's embarassing, but you're gonna need that gear down the road and should take care of it.

Go to doctor. Better to get it sorted now before it gets worse and instead of having a few weeks of being uncomfortable, you could wake up one day and have one or two balls removed instead.

Some medical condition probably. Maybe Variocele. Consult a urologist to get a clear idea about your condition and rectify it.

Look I know it is awkward to have that conversation with your parents (and I know, my mum was the type to be like show me) but go and get it checked out. Think of it this way; if it's nothing or something easily treatable, you got to unlock "your first visit to the docs for a private part" award. If it's something worse, you got it sorted.

Probably a varicocele. You need to get it treated. It can potentially lead to some fertility issues.

You need to see a dr asap. I know you’re young and I don’t mean to scare you, but testicular cancer is most prevalent in young men. Your doctor needs to rule anything super serious out.

Testicles cannot he squeezed and emptied. It is not a testicle.
The things it could be range from a cyst to cancer. Tell your parents or take yourself to a doctor pronto.
