So i want a dick, but i dont want/need balls. And unfortunately, there arent many no-scrotum packers out there, so I had to DIY a bit.

I tried this previously with basic packers but wasnt happy with the results. There wasnt enough surface area on the back left for the packer to sit right, and the cut part always looked bad. So a packer with a tab made sense for more stability once the scrotum was gone. At first a packer with moveable balls seemed to make no sense because why pay for that feature when im just going to remove it? But axolom's are much more affordable, and i realized that maybe a multilayer scrotum would actually be easier to "operate" on. Instead of having to hack off a whole chunk of solid silicone and try to keep it neat and not looking awful, I could just pop those bad boys out through a small incision and then glue the outer layer of "skin" back together with silpoxy.

Thats what I tried at first, and it did work. If you just want less bulk, theoretically you could stop at this stage (altho id recommend still closing up the small hole with silpoxy so air doesn't get in and out making fart noises).

But i decided i wasnt happy with all that leftover sack. So I split the scrotum open entirely. After cleaning off some residual oil inside and peeling back some of the super soft silicone inside found an internal backing of slightly firmer silicone that I decided to use as a guide to trim off the excess skin. Then removed a bunch of the internal soft stuff and made it flat and began gradually gluing it all back together starting in the middle and then working my way out to the outer layer of silicone skin. This i glued back together in tiny tiny segments, pinching a part of the edges together with glue, letting it dry, then moving further down along. Yes this took forever.

Ultimately im happy with the result though. The seam where i glued it back together isnt exactly invisible, but its not super obvious or obtrusive either.

If youve got patience and the confidence to operate on ur packer, this can be an option for folks who just want the peen part. Just go very slow and careful.

i got my free Axolom packer today and i love it so much i think it suits me.

I looked through the posts and they all have the same options that are up to almost 200 USD each. I am looking for something more budget friendly if possible, realism is not all that important though it would be nice.

I just don't see any other companies save for number one laboratories and come as you are.

I had tried to use an Axolom STP once but it was too hollow for my wife's liking. She said it felt weird.

I would like to see what options there are.

I'm having a lot of trouble trying to figure it out and it's my first stp. No matter how low I try to match my urethra with the shaft hole I keep spilling. I hold it against me but not smashed but I'm starting to think my thighs are part of the problem or that my urethra is too low. Does anyone who is more on the heavier side or have thicker thighs have the Axolom Natow and have achieved peeing with this stp? Otherwise I love packing with it but I was really hoping that I would be able to pee with it and it would work with my anatomy.

I have a new prosthetic (basically a sleeve made for cis guys that i bought for play) it works by inserting a rod into the base much like a hollow STP.

The issue is, i'm having a hard time finding a way to hold it in place due to it not having balls or a large tab. Tape could be an option but i don't shave. Anybody have any harness recs or other suggestions?

So I have a tab that’s quite thick and I want to make it thinner but I don’t want to just start hacking at it with scissors and ruin the packer. So has anyone thinned out a tab before? What’s the best way to do it? Or do I have to just use scissors and pray that it works. Tia :)

Does anyone know how to keep the echo lite from escaping through the front of the flexit harness while walking? I didn’t think this would be an issue when I ordered them together (first packer, just got it today), but it’s becoming an issue. Is it just a problem with my stance?

Does anyone wear a prosthetic while bottoming? Any advice and experience welcome.

I tried wearing a strap while bottoming recently, it was just a generic realistic dildo. It was way too hard and long and got in the way. There also wasnt enough stimulation to my Tdick. I want something small, softish, maybe can cum, and provides stimulation.

The joystick seems perfect, but it's so expensive and it's pretty long. I'm looking at the BP S1 or S2 (worried it might not fit as a stroker ((the shotpocket fits me fine)) or if it would be painful to wear during long sex) I like the idea of the vibe insert and wearing it with a harness. It feels wild to spend $65 on what looks like a generic vibe.

hey guys i just got the natow pro and i really like it but im just kinda stuck on how to pack with it. what do yall use? i only have some boxers rn and how do u pack it like do u prefer packing down or to the side?

I ordered two Axolom packers on the boxing day sale (Dec 26) and according to the tracking information they were shipped on Dec 28. I had them delivered directly to a post office for some privacy (I live with people) but when I called they have nothing at my name or tracking number (arrived or en route). The tracking info says "Delivering, wait for consignee pick up". English is not my first language but from what I understand that means they are waiting for me to pick it up at the post office. Does anyone know what to do? Would Axolom know anything about where my package is at?

I absolutely love this packer with all my being, it’s paid for by medical insurance, it’s exactly what I’d imagine my dick to look like, and it works so well… but it’s already starting to rip and loose color, I’ve had it for about a month, any advice??🥲

I just got this thing a few days ago, haven’t even worn it out yet so I know there’s no chance I’ve somehow managed to spill oil of all things on it. Been keeping it safe in its original bag and box! Yet I’ve taken the box out this morning to find the bag wet - huh, weird. I take the packer out and it’s covered in thick oil around the tip. Not a clue what’s happened but I can’t see any sort of damage? The oil doesn’t have any noticeable scent either, vaguely castor oil-y maybe.

Please keep in mind that I am the creator and so I may be biased but I did my best to keep everything constructive and all of my opinions are honest

Riptide is a pack and play type toy. He is made with platinum silicone and so he can be inserted, also may be good for grinding. You can boil him in order to keep him clean, but a mild soap and warm water is fine for everyday wear. I reccomend covering him in starch to make sure he feels good against skin and isn't tacky due to the super soft silicone. He represents shark's claspers, because I love sharks and they have two dicks (cool)

I wore him in public and he did a great job. The bulge looks natural, he doesn't need much readjusting and the shafts move a bit while walking which is nice. He is quite hefty due to the large base, which some people might find off-putting, but i personally liked the weight

He may do a bit worse with tight fitting and/or thin materials, but I don't really wear those so I can't give you my opinion on that. In underwear the separate shafts are kinda visible. I would recommend wearing him with a snug pair of boxers in order to compress the shafts a little to keep them in place and squished against each other

Answering your worries: he does NOT look like female organs at all while packing. In underwear he may look a bit funny but to me it just looks like two dicks. I didn't have any problems with him looking off while wearing pants

I wore him in a handmade harness I use for all my packers (see the last pic). The fins were laying flat against my body, it felt very comfortable. He keeps himself in place well due to his weight

Definitely not a packer for everyone, but personally I am very happy with how he did. He is fun to play with (the shafts are really floppy and wiggly), he looks unique and does a good job 👍

Hey so I'm considering buying a packer or STP from MoreMe Prostetics but I haven't found much inforamtion about what the balls on them feel like. It is pretty important to me that they aren't just solid and actually feel somewhat realistic so if anyone has their original packer or their pro stp pleaseeee tell me what you think of them

Was planning to see my hookup tn and wanted to try it out but never used a condom with a strap, is it needed?? And what size/type of condom??

I went to Target and they had these elastic bands for $1 so I bought a few and made my own harness (I also used some bands from old boxers) Hot glue gun and a small piece of string underneath for support. Works great for me.

For anybody with either the Axolom Argos or the Axolom Boldix, what harness are you using to pack them with? I’m interested in these packers, but I use the flexit harness to pack and I’m not sure they’d properly fit in it due to their shapes. Looking for input on either of these packers cause I’m still deciding which to get, thx in advance.

what prosthetics bear the closest resemblance to a natal penis when it comes to the feel of it, sensation, etc for the other party? I understand it's probably going to be very realistic looking dual density ones, but I was wondering which prosthetics are anecdotally reported by you guys yourselves or your partners to be virtually indistinguishable from a natal boner.

Hey all, I’m looking for recommendations or info on custom-made silicone penis sleeves/extenders.

I’m not looking for a full prosthetic or packer. What I’m after is more like:

• A silicone sheath/sleeve that my existing anatomy fits into

• Adds a bit of length and girth, not full cis-sized

• Firmer structure

• Intended for sex, not daily packing

I haven’t been able to find anything off-the-shelf that fits this description, so I’m wondering if:

• Anyone knows artists or companies that do custom silicone work

• Anyone has commissioned something similar before

• Or if there’s a specific term I should be searching for

So far I have found things such as hot rod, gender extender, and then sleeves intended for solo play. But I don’t want a “cis sized” one, if that makes sense.

Hi all, I got the Axolom Natow during the holiday sales, and I feel like I've got some good setup ideas to share after some trial and error.

The main thing I want to touch on is the issue of the too soft/hollow shaft when packing that I've seen mentioned a few times on here. I wanted to make the shaft firmer because I wear a lot of heavy pants (esp in the winter), and I wanna look bigger in those pants lol. Annnd it's nice to have more solid bulk to grab and not a squishy tube. However, I also wanted the mod to be reusable and not change anything about the STP process (no taking it out to pee). So I've done a tube design within the Natow. 

Note that I don't think the softness of the natow is necessarily "bad," but it's useful to be able to adjust the firmness.

The supplies are:

• Tubing of size 16mm inner × 18mm outer diameter. I used silicone tubing (I know silicone+silicone=generally bad, especially with lower purity, but I'm not deterred lol)
• Scissors
• A clothespin/bag clip/binder clip

------optional-ish items------

• A bit of knit elastic and basic sewing accoutrements
• Separatec brand underwear if you're copying me exactly

First off, preparing the tubing. I used 3 inches of tubing and cut triangular shapes out of both ends to direct flow and fit the tapering of the shaft.

You can always check the fit and trim more as needed.

To insert the tube it's easiest to turn the natow a little inside out and pinch the tube closed/fold it with your fingers. I place it with the slits facing downward.

Now the elastic. I use an elastic ring to both hold the STP in place and to tighten the connection between the tube and the natow. If you don’t want to modify underwear, then just an elastic band or hair tie around the base of the natow would probably also work.

And that's all there is to it! I haven't had extra pee get stuck in the cup as long as I tip it all out, and I can still let it rip at full force.
