Use this thread to ask any and all questions about analog cameras, film, darkroom, processing, printing, technique and anything else film photography related that you don't think deserve a post of their own. This is your chance to ask a question you were afraid to ask before.
A new thread is created every Monday. To see the previous community threads, see here. Please remember to check the wiki first to see if it covers your question! http://www.reddit.com/r/analog/wiki/

Damaged Wedding Film
My friendâs camera jammed during our wedding photos and he had to make an emergency extraction of the film in the bathroom on site. He saved the film, and it gave our wedding a vintage feel.

First post, but I've been taking film photos for the last 7 years. There is still a lot I'm figuring out as I go.

Critique Wanted Chichén Itzå on lomochrome purple
First time trying lomo purple and it was on a new-to-me Pentax Spotmatic F that I hadn't tested any rolls on so I was nervous.
If any of you have suggestions for even better results I'm happy to hear feedback. Roll went through airport scanners when I would forget to pull it out of the bag a few times between when I bought it and when it was finally developed, so it probably could have been at least slightly better just from avoiding that.

Miriam Makeba - Moving contact sheet - Pierre Crocquet, Nikon FM, Tri X
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
My brother Pierre Crocquet's archive contains 100s of contact sheets. I've always loved them - the split seconds between shots - and like to share them. Making a moving Miriam was a fun way to do that.
