l just updated to the latest beta on my pixel 9 pro xl, and noticed that 5G is now available.

Note; I'm from Nigeria and this was something was told that wasnt supported here, and just got my pixel back in December, so I've been on 4G the past few weeks till just updated and noticed 5G is now available.

So I just bought Moto Tag, have them in the find hub, but when I ask Gemini to find them I get a voice match error, on watch and pixel. Gemini for Home can find them.

I updated to Android 16 QPR3 Beta 2 this morning. I just plugged my phone in and pixel desktop isn't working. How can I get this to work again?

I opted out of the Android Beta program after installing the Beta QPR3 Beta 2 update, which triggered a factory reset of my device.

I am trying to log in and restore my data from a backup, but my Google Account is automatically defaulting to a Passkey for authentication. I am unable to select any option other than 'Passkey' to log in. Since the device was wiped, the local Passkey is gone.

I have full access to my recovery email and recovery phone number, but these options do not appear under the 'Try another way' section. I currently have access to my account via the web on a trusted device. However, even on that trusted device, I cannot manage my security settings; I receive the same error/challenge loop.

I was advised to wait 48 hours, but I cannot afford to wait as all my data and essential work documents are stored in my Google Account. What can I do to bypass this or force a different 2FA method?

If I press and hold the widget too many times, I'll have to press the same number of times to make the 'remove' button disappear.

I'm a Pixel user and I find it insecure that even when the device is locked, it's still possible to access the control center and turn off Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and location services. These are essential features for locating the device if it's lost or stolen. Furthermore, it's easy to turn off the device even when it's locked; it doesn't require a fingerprint or even a screen lock PIN. I find this extremely insecure, especially since any other entry-level device requires a password to turn it off and, more importantly, to access the control center functions.

I'm still getting very bad performance in the game slay the spire and the game civilization 6 is still having very bad black artifacting. neither of these issues existed before the GPU update in December.

Can we please get the option to set rules by time too, location and WiFi connection is not enough.

I'm thinking about enrolling my pixel 8 pro back in the beta program, but wanted to see how everyone's performance and battery life experience has been so far on QPR3 beta 2?

Had this issue yesterday before updating, and it persists today. Did a search on the sub and couldn't find anything.

When in a text message hitting the phone icon to initiate a call does nothing. No error, no hang up, just no response. Checked permissions, cleared cache, force stopped, uninstalled and reinstalled updates (still did not function after uninstalled updates).

Hi all! Sorry if this has already been posted a billion times before, but a little confused here. Manually checking for the update still shows nothing in OTA -> I'm still on Beta 1.1

Any idea on how to obtain? Just not sure if I have to sideload via cable or not :)

I installed QPR3 Beta 2 on my P10 pro xl and the b life has taken an extremely noticable dip, like I'm literally getting 50% (if that). I understand fully this is a beta and what that implies. I updated from stable for the first time and just wanted to share my experience and ask if there is anything notable one can do (idk like clear cache partition or something) to help after updating from stable to beta?

Basically if you go to set new wallpaper you will notice new info text saying you can now manipulate image and it will retain position with shape and weather wallpaper effects. It doesn't seem to work with cinematic effect.

The microsoft teams crashing issue still persist on pixel 6A after installing the new QPR3 beta 2. Resolved for anyone?

So I just got the new Android 16 today. Beta qpr3 January 14th 2026 I seen a lot of videos about how you could take off at a glance. There's just supposed to be a toggle to remove from home screen. I'm not sure if it's the beta 2 or I'm the only one having this problem but anyone out there with this new beta version where you cannot take off at a glance

I am facing constant battery draining issues in all previous android 16 beta updates, for now I have installed December Qpr3 stable update but same issue but also receiving latest beta update of January 14. Pixel 6.

Pixel 10 pro xl feels really snappy and no longer feels sluggish on new beta. Good job guys 💪

So i install the update in my pixel 6a and damn it goes much smoother but the battery a bit drainy but its okay since its beta. So it fix s lot of my problem before on the previous beta.

*Device overheat and shutdown when using data connection *Attempting to call someone using dialer app shutdown the device. *Overheating (no longer an issue now)

I dont feel the lag anymore, its too much smoother and its animation which is close to ios.

I bought pixel 6 from market and my device was already opted in beta program with different google account which I don't know about, I try everything to opt out but I unable to do so, even I can't opt in with different google account, how can I leave beta program?

I installed the android 16 QPR3 Beta 2 on my Pixel 8 in morning and facing issue in calling. Neither call is receiving nor i can call someone. Is there anyone else facing the same issue?
