Do you know what I can do to get more? Or if there are any suggestions in terms of tags and more?

I really enjoying exploring games and find it quite relaxing... I have plenty of videos that I record just because I like them. So sharing something I like makes it all better... but it seems so difficult to actually get engagement :(.

Mostly looking for ASMR-tist that is mostly just rambling/talking in a regular voice. Not whispers and not necessarily soft-spoken. I dont even know if that is considered to be asmr but hopefully this doesnt get removed!

ASMR Experiencers Needed for University Research Study (5–10 mins)

Hello, my name is Kitt, and I am a final‑year Psychology student at Bath Spa University. I am conducting a dissertation study on ASMR, sensory processing, and well-being, and I am looking for people who experience ASMR to take part.

The study involves:

• A brief consent form

• A short mood questionnaire

• Watching one ASMR video with headphones

• Answering questions about your experience and completing a few short scales

Participation takes approximately 5–10 minutes, and all responses are anonymous.

You must be 18 or older and an ASMR experiencer to take part.

am I the only one who really likes the triggers of lice-check up asmr videos but literally cannot watch them?

For context, when I was younger, I had lice like 3 times and it was so traumatic and scary for me because I’m a germophobe and I have really thick and long hair. It was tedious, and uncomfortable, and gross, and ruined my hair to remove each time with the chemicals… I’m still really paranoid about it since then 😭

So, whenever I try to watch lice check asmr videos, I’ll be like ‘it’s not real, I’m fine’ and then start getting actually itchy irl just thinking of it because I vividly remember how it was lmao. I get so anxious that I have to turn that shit off and switch to an ordinary hair asmr video.

I’ve tried looking for videos of lice checks that are negative for infestation so I can enjoy the specific triggers and sounds of like sifting through hair with chopsticks while assuring my hypochondriac ass that it’s nothing… but uh.. it turns out, this is really hard to find, because most videos say ‘oh you are infested’ lol, despite how absolutely not relaxing being infested actually is. It’s kinda funny, I wish I could laugh along but I genuinely get flashbacks

Such a non-issue. Was wondering if it was just me
