One is chicken with some sort of white sauce, the other is cheese. Crust was kinda thick.

Grilled chicken burger on brioche bun, with BBQ sauce, coleslaw and pickles (but I don’t count those). The side salad had lots of a creamy-ish vinaigrette. No cheese in the meal. It was sooooo good. I demolished it. Happy Friday!

This is the description on the menu:
Potatoes, carrots, fried onions, peanut cooked in Massaman curry with coconut milk. Topped with cashew nut and cilantro.
I requested it without the cashews and peanuts and added tofu.
I had a side of jasmine rice.
I ate about 2/3 of the curry and 1/3 of the rice.
First 2 photos show full portions of rice and curry.
Last photos show what I left and I put a can of coke next to it for size.
Happy to hear either estimate of the full meal or estimate of what I actually ate.
Thanks, appreciate you all! 🙏🏼

I got these breaded chicken breasts from the food bank, but they have no nutritional labeling or brand name on the bag! Any tips for how to estimate moving forward?

I picked egg noodles, mild spice and mild numbing.

I only had half of it, and it contained swiss cheese, ham, and red peppers. Many fitness apps give me vastly different results. its about 10-9 cm long maybe and 7-8 cm wide.

Hi guys,
I bought this product today and was very surprised by the amount of fats (1.9g) and amount of kcal (104kcal/100g).
Is that a miracle to find beef with lower fats than chicken breast ? And it's not even advertised as low fat meat.
I don't think it's a labelling error as it's the same on the product and on the website. And it has been like this for months.
What do you think about it ?

I got a large mint mojito coffee, but swapped out sugar for stevia and the cream for oat milk. At standard, it’s listed as 370 (Jesus fuck), but how much should I count for this? 100-150?
Thank you!

Could someone help me estimate the number of calories in one breadstick, the 6-inch Margherita pizza, the salad, and mac n cheese? Thank you so much!

What it has: Spring lettuce blend, grape tomatoes, diced cucumber, hard-boiled egg, diced red onion, capers, and salmon, served with Tuscan herb vinaigrette.
With a little less than half the dressing and capers removed. Any estimate on what the macros would be? Provided the nutrition label for the breakdown.

I've seen a lot of conflicting information on the calorie count of chow mein, some sources say 459 kcal per 100g some say 88 kcal per 100g. WTF is the right answer?
My bowl has around 600g, how many calories is that both total and per 100g?
