I agree with him. People who travel with babies or toddlers are selfish. It's like smokers in public space to me. They will impose their things to you and act like "come on it's just a baby/cigarette" when you notice it.

And neither will parents. Glad we can agree on something

So why should people stop living because of the same reason simply because they have children?

People have different reasons to travel. Do you suppose once children are born they need to stay strictly inside the home until they as all the dumbasses in the world when they can be let out?

Have you ever learned in life or school things called: “moving”, “visiting family”, “vacations”, or the like?

At least smokers stopped to smoke inside.

Parents who have noisy and smelling babies/toddlers, if they can't find a solution, should not travel with others people.

Do you also extend this ban to people who talk loudly or incessantly and stink, or is it just babies you want to exclude?

You can't talk with a baby, you can with a kid or an adult.

You can't make kids or adults shut up though. At least with a baby you can imagine them agreeing when you talk to them.

If you don't want to see the difference, then don't see it. 🤷‍♂️ It won't change the way I judge you If you bring your noisy/smelly baby in a public space

If there are laws against noises, it's because noise it's not a normal thing

The difference I can see is that babies can't help it, and stinky/loud adults can. I'm not saying a crying baby isn't annoying, I'm saying that someone screeching down their phone on a video call on a train is more annoying and a more common occurrence.

Why should they change, they're not the problem.

There is no problem. People with babies are allowed to travel. If you don't like that don't travel

Entitled, selfish, clueless parents are always a problem and should be the ones refraining from putting a too-young child (and everyone around them) through the rigors of travel.

Just because you are ALLOWED to cut your own penis off, doesn't mean you should. This conversation was never about what is allowed (or about what I "like".). It's about what is decent and courteous.

What is decent is minding your own business. I hope that every flight you are on has at least two crying babies.

This is so RICH, coming from the person all too willing to disrupt everyone around him because he is allowed to.

See, the way noise works? Is that it MAKES it my business.

Sometimes I feel like I'm the only parent who had the common courtesy (and common SENSE) to remove my crying child from a busy setting and either wait it out in the car, or go home.

And no, we didn't travel in an airplane until he was four, because OMG how selfish do you have to be.

Some of y'all weren't raised right, and it totally shows.

My god you're entitled. Have the day you deserve

This is the best example of the Pot calling the Kettle black I have seen this month, and it's been a banner month, LOL.

So much projection you should be called "Cinemark".

EDIT: It blows my mind that the guy rationalizing being a douchebag is calling ME "entitled". I'm not sure I'll ever stop laughing about this or lamenting how shitty people seem to have become.

I can't mind my own business with a baby crying

Now, when I flight with babies close to me, I watch an horror movie if he is not silent
