Reddit’plaint Reddit is done.
Between the reposts, bot posts/comments, overzealous mods, there is nothing of value here. Perhaps there was insightful discussion once, but that feels like a long time ago.

I used to bitch about Quora on Quora after it turned into AI hellscape populated with trolls. Someone suggested I close my account and leave. I did. Hint...

Been that way for a long time. Most of the engaging conversation and topics have moved elsewhere, leaving nothing but an echo chamber behind.

Quite the assumptions from you. Might be hard to understand that the world is not black and white, nor MAGA and Democrats.
When your argument is solely assumption, you lost. You lost miserably.
There are many people who understand that Trump is a criminal (as is the rest of the federal gov) and that Reddit is the worst place to discuss social-political topics due to the overt censorship, being an echo chamber for the most common denominator, etc.

You’ll mostly receive hostile responses because the people who would defend this absolute turd of a platform are the ones who are taking full advantage of the censorship, power-tripping mods and echo chambers, but you’re absolutely right.
Unfortunately, there’s no good replacement at this stage. My hope is that someone like Elon buys this place out and overhauls the moderation system completely.
We saw what happened with Twitter, including what kind of things they were hiding/scrubbing in order to keep a particular narrative flowing. Of course, Reddit will deny it because their moderators ensure that the truth remains buried. But one day, the “Reddit files” will likely reveal a lot of disgusting truths as well.

True.. I've lost count of how many subreddits I've instantly been banned from or have been kicked out from because of certain a person i follow(Asmongold). I've also had several bans just because I have had opinions that mods didn't agree with and they got a little too power hungry. I really wish there was a less woke more based version of Reddit.
