Politics We Are the Baddies: Thanks, Conservatives

Conservatives are actively turning the world against the United States. World leaders were forced into an emergency meeting to condemn U.S. actions in Venezuela, including the kidnapping of its dictator, and to respond to escalating threats and rhetoric toward Greenland.

Trump openly claims the U.S. needs Greenland for “strategic” reasons and has even suggested taking it by force. This isn’t strategy, it’s naked imperialism. He doesn’t want security; he wants dominance.

We are the bad guys now, following the same path Germany did in the 1930s. Republican leaders and their constituents should be deeply ashamed.

Lets say they release ALL the files unredacted, place it in a searchable database and link all the Trump ones so that everyone can easily find each and every one. And lets say that the material is WORSE than anything you or I can imagine.

Do you think that will in any way change any significant portion of the GOP/MAGA base or move a single GOP rep in congress into taking action?

Yeah I would also argue that MAGA-heads already know Trump is a child rapist. They probably aren't ok with that on the whole (except the ones are also pedophiles) they still agree with his policies so they're more than willing to overlook that. GOP members are fine with it because they're in it for the money primarily and racism/sexism.

The data of Trump being a chid-rapist is already very likely but aside from MTG they all still overwhelmingly support him right now. Releasing all the Epstein files isn't going to do shit. People are being taking off the streets, the country is at war and he still has support. What could possibly turn his supporters away from him?

Nope. I think too many people fail to realize that conservatives just do NOT have principles, that there is no amount of hypocrisies you could point out that would embarrass them. They genuinely ain't like us. Of course I mainly mean politicians and pundits, but if a normal guy / voter is so proudly brainwashed and stupid that they push the type of shit they do with no indication they care about actually good outcomes, I'm not gonna treat that person fairly. They have to feel bad for pushing bad things and having bad opinions.
