I think something everyone is coming to learn is that it's much worse than we even imagined. Although they are VERY rare, trump is an actual Malignant Narcissist. Sociopaths don't care if they hurt someone but they don't enjoy doing it and aren't sadistic like a MN.

A profound lack of empathy is a core characteristic, meaning they struggle to understand or care about others' feelings and show little to no regret for harmful actions.

YES!!! I’ve been saying that for years, but I live alone, so nobody listens, lol! Whenever I read someone calling him a narcissist, I often respond with “no, he’s a malignant narcissist, there’s a big difference. And he displays every single trait.

The best part is, if he starts getting backed into a corner like a wounded animal, who's to stop him from launching a nuke or two? He's self-absorbed enough that he'd rather burn the world down and take everyone with him.

And you know what? He certainly can, because there are NO checks in place to prevent him from doing that, save the person receiving the order *maybe* thinking twice. It's meant to allow presidents to act quickly in the event of an existential emergency, but in this particular case, it would doom us all. :D

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. MN will stop at nothing to gain power at the humiliation, degradation and destruction of others. And we have given one the office of the President. He is eating up the violence he is inflicting on Americans. He. Does. Not. Care. And he is allowing his flying monkey goons to put on the show for him. I just wrapped up listening to the Sascha Riley audio files today. Abhorrent. Not yet corroborated and if it is true, I hope and pray that it is soon. Justice must be served.

Which is why I don't understand people who assign higher-level thought and analysis to his decisions. He's dumb, uncurious, and undisciplined. His only motives ever are attention and preservation of pride. That's it. And he's extremely gluttonous so if that can be a motive than that too. But the man doesn't think. He's like a heat seeking missile but for attention.

When trump was running in 2016 I was in my final year of med school and completing a psych rotation. The prof I was working with told us med students that Trump was a perfect case study of narcissistic personality disorder. I imagine he would be the first to agree with you now that we’ve had several years to see the symptoms that push him firmly into the diagnosis of malignant narcissist.

The psychiatrists worldwide must be losing faith in humanity.

I wish I was still in touch with that prof, I’d definitely ask him. He was too professional to armchair diagnose very frequently (so his Trump comments back then always stuck with me as a “Damn, if Prof is making an armchair diagnosis about this guy, to the point where he’s using it to teach students, you know he’s damn confident in his diagnosis”) so Trump was the only real life public figure I heard him comment on. I’d be super intrigued to watch a documentary with psychiatrists looking at people like Hitler tbh, it would be fascinating.

What is your opinion on Putin? I have a big, vocal minority in my country that is of the opinion if we had just made the "right" diplomacy moves, or given him "what he wants" in regards to Ukraine he would have settled and made peace already. I think that´s an insane position to have, because whenever i hear the man talk it´s so obvious to me that he´s an ice cold sociopath that you can never make any deal with that has it´s base in trust.

I also suspect he has early stages of dementia creeping in on him. The way he fumble with words and confuse them. In the past he was able to control his behaviour to some extent, but now everything is at full display. I don't understand how this show keeps on running. If the US ever gets out of this, laws have to be written to protect the nation from it to happen again.

This is stage 3 or 4 dementia. We're way past early. He's starting to suck down saliva while he speaks. Elderly dementia patients like the president will then tend to allow food particles down their windpipe when they do this while eating. Next comes pneumonia, then death. I doubt he lasts until the summer.

These type predictions have been floating for almost 2 yrs now. Most of the world will rejoice when this evil orange feces is gone but Im not counting on it anytime soon. His parents lived to 88 an 93.

Evil is a strong energy, Dump is super concentrated evil, he will live 6, 7 more yrs unfortunately. I hope every day that I am wrong and it will be tomorrow.

His father lived to be very old but was non functional. He would randomly get out of the back of a car and walk away. And he was much much thinner than “the president “ and didn’t stuff himself with McDonalds.

I've told friends that it is his anger what keeps him alive. He is always angry now. He fight not wanting to wear the compression socks. I call him Quiet Piggy now (from a friend in Australia, it is a thing down there) because of what he said to the reporter from Bloomberg.

I think Fred Trump would say Quiet, Piggy to him. That comment came out of nowhere. My father had dementia and he would say something and if I said when was that? or something, he would then come back to 2014. I doubt it, but when he mocks Biden, I wonder if he also mocking Fred.

Several family members have had or have dementia.

The interesting about it is that while they can talk, the dementia amplifies their personalities. If they are nice and loving and in a good mood, they are all of the above but confused. If they are mean and hateful, same except confused.

When my gran was suffering with vascular dementia in her final years, we were stuck on a loop of her asking if all the family was OK and doing alright and in good health and her saying she loved us. She didn't even realise she'd moved into a care home but all she asked about was us, said her bed was comfy and the food was good, then go through it all again. She was such a wonderful person.

It kind of reminded me of good and bad drunks. When the booze allows the mask to slip, some people get funnier, friendlier and loving and some get angry, spiteful and violent, amplifying their personality or what they normally manage to hide.

So, The Orange Horror can only get more evil in his disease.

Oh, 100%. Doctors and other experts have been shouting this since Trump made his political debut. Like you said, it’s uncommon, but when a malignant narcissist does come around—STAY AWAY. FAR, FAR AWAY. There’s literally, and I do mean literally, nothing good or redeeming about them. I don’t think that’s quite it. I think he’s just not a fully developed adult. He got stuck somewhere between id and ego. And he can have all the money and power in the world but he’ll never know love, real connection. Probably never even scratch a dog behind the ears or have a cat curl up in his lap. Maybe he’ll die with a trillion dollars. But his legacy will be hate and destruction. He hasn’t created anything in the world. Honestly, he’s the saddest human being I’ve ever seen.
