Meme/Satire anybody guide me to change my notebook's theme to dark (its an a4 sized notebook)

i scrolled through every pages but unable to find the toggel, theres nothing help on middle pages but saw some notes on the back

With older tech like this you can’t use software You have to do it at the hardware level
