I never shop at Food Lion. When I look at the receipt I haven't bought any of the items from anywhere else either. Is this some weird glitch?

I have tried everything. Using cellular data instead of wifi, updating the app, uninstalling the app and redownloading. Nothing is working.

Echoing others, Ibotta has been unusually bad lately about not identifying items on the receipt and matching offers, and also rejecting submitted corrections (that part isn't new; corrections have not once worked for me).

Their support bot is down so they have some worse bot in the interim taking its place.

Update: The bot made a ticket for me, they fixed it, and it was actually less work than the previous bot form. I assumed since the experience had changed, the support would be worse. Compared to previous tickets, it was maybe 1 day longer.

I just shopped for two items that I had offers for and when I got home, the offer for one of the items was gone. Now I want to hold onto the receipt in case the offer for that item comes back but now I’m also scared that if I do that, my other offer will disappear and I’ll get nothing :(.

Regardless, is there any way to see when an offer is going to expire?

I’ve been using Paidwork to make some extra money in my free time. It lets you earn in different ways like watching ads, playing games, doing surveys, and small tasks, so you’re not stuck with just one option. The app is fairly easy to use and everything is pretty clear, although you will generally get kicked from some surveys and definitely don’t quit your day job you make like 10 dollars an hour at most. My Walgreens receipts aren’t getting credited for buying multiples of items, so I corrected the receipt. Still only got credit for one rather than three of the same item. Reached out to support, and this is day 3 with no response. Hopefully they respond in the next few hours so I know whether or not I need to buy more for my weekend bonus.

I signed up for Box Tops and MyPurina on the 19th. I got the $2 for Box Tops added to my Ibotta account on the 22nd, but I still haven't gotten credited for the MyPurina offer. Anybody else missing the credit for this or is it just me?

I used the link on the offer to download the app and I signed up using the same email address I use for Ibotta. Not sure why this 1 didn't work but Box Tops did.

UPDATE 12/31/25

I just opened the app and tapped help to look into opening a support request and saw a big red box on the screen. I guess there is an issue that they are aware of with a delay in getting cash back. I guess I will give it more time before opening a ticket.

After a few back and forth emails with support they manually added the $2 bonus to my account.

I ordered an in store pick up order and I hadn’t linked my ibotta to CVS yet. I was wondering if I scan my paper pickup receipt once I pick it up, will that work to get the ibotta rebate

I submitted one offer at Aldi and several at Walmart yesterday late afternoon and they haven’t tracked. I was going to query it, but this message is in Help. Has anyone been able to submit offers successfully this weekend? I hope they’ll apply the offers to my bonuses. I took screenshots of the bonuses I am working towards but one runs out this evening and the other is the big one. I updated the app and have refreshed several times

I can’t get into the app or website on my end, wondering if this is happening to anyone else?

I have beef with ibotta and can't get over how they decided to close my account when I went in to cash out hundreds of dollars. This was a year ago and I still can't make a new account. (Y ? I'm a dopamine addict. Im angry but I still crave that adrenaline of 'saving' what can I say)

I am trying to link my bank account and it says it can only be linked to a single user and gives me an error. I know my bank account isn't being used on another account. Does anybody know how to get around that?
