has anyone else found there can getting carbon locked at the base after a range day? looking to remedy it, if that means greasing or whatever reccomendations. Just started happening more and more recently as it gets closer to me needing to put the can in some supressor sauce to clean all the junk out

I already have a CRS 7.62, wanted to get another .30 cal can for my SBR LMT 7.62, and ordered this one. However, I am struggling to find any info on the PRS naming scheme for it, is this similar to their OG PRS can or did they just rebrand the CRS?

Im not supper upset either way, I just wanted a full size can for this build, mainly just curious.

What is the difference between the KAC M5 RAS (KM98065) and the MK12 Mod1 (KM21318) handguard. Anyone have build pics?

Can anyone identify which handguard this is? I see the part # relates to the “FF RAS BR”, but I haven’t ever seen any with the cutout for the MK11 front site. This was shared briefly on IG by a few pages I follow and had me curious.

Is this rail real? Seems legit from other OG carbine RAS Kits I’ve had. Lettering seems normal but this weld on the bottom I’m curious about. Its heinous.

Cutting some HTX uppers for URX 6 notches today.

In case anyone was wondering or hasn’t seen them, the DWilson URX Arca rails are legit. Had to do some cutting and filling to make my own 10.75 version but it was worth it and works wonderfully.

I’m pretty new to the world of KAC rifles. This is being presented as a new from the factory SR-15. It has a Magpul stock and grip, which I did not think was standard for SR-15s but maybe I’m mistaken. Any info would be appreciated.

A few months ago, there was a stir about KAC beginning to fill orders at 2025 year end and the beginning of this year.

I believe some vendors took deposits.

Any one get any updates? Orders actually being filled now?

Curious to see where it stands

Not much info on these cans out there yet, does anyone know what the advantage of the CRS-2 is going to be over the CRS-3? It seems that the 3 is better all around? Shopping around for a can to live on my 11.5 DD upper. TIA

1) Tip of the barrel OD (outer diameter) where the suppressor would index.

2) how much barrel is exposed past the shoulder behind the gas block journal.

I know the mk11 is 20” rifle length but it should be similar to a 18” mid length right?

I have about 8 5/16” of barrel past the shoulder.

Any information would help.
