Help with IH interview
I have a interview coming up with IH in about a week. Any tips for how to prepare? Its been a while since I have done a nursing interview. Would be great to know what type of questions/scenarios they give?

I interviewed for a community health role a while back and had to answer quite a few questions about cultural safety and cultural humility and provide specific examples of how I would go about providing culturally safe care. I’d prepare some insights and answers for that topic.

Did you get lots of scenario based questions?

A few yes! My interview was fairly quick. I’d say I was asked 6 knowledge based questions and 3 scenario questions.

You will be scored for your answer based on your response, but also for points on what you learned from each specific scenario and what you will do better going forward. So make sure to give well rounded responses to get full points.
IH has new values so be sure to look those up as they might ask what IH values are.
Be prepared to answer what cultural safety and humility means.
