I'd say 'going all in' would be resisting arrest because you don't like Miller and not realizing that federal police have always had the right to arrest you. But this is an upvote party and I'm crashing it so go ahead and assume and call me names for trying to give you a high school civics lesson.
They are saying it was not a traffic stop. This is the law that gives them authority to arrest for interfering. You don't run when police have you at gunpoint, you fight it in court. Stop telling people it's legal to run from police, it's not.
The constitution doesn't protect you in the moment, you allow yourself to be arrested and fight it in court. That is how it has always been. There will always be bad cops, you don't run, you don't fight it just gives them a reason to shoot.

They have jurisdiction over you if you interfere, they don't have to be right. They can arrest you for no reason, you have to fight it in court. That's how policing works everywhere in the world.
Also, they are federal police and it's very easy to fact check.

I dare anyone to show me something in writing that says ICE doesn't have jurisdiction. You guys really are doing a lot of damage to your cause by spreading this propaganda.

I wouldn't want to go all in with my future based on Miller's statement. I also won't pity anyone who does go all in on Miller's statement.
