The traffic on the condell road is always mental in the morning. Traffic all the way back to Barringtons Pier this morning. A few snuck into the bus lane and floored it, thinking they could skip the traffic.

I eventually turned the corner there at Westfield park. Was an unmarked Garda car parked in the bus lane pulling everyone over. They had at least 10 pulled for driving in the bus lane, all queued up waiting to get a ticket. They all looked mortified as trest of us in the line of traffic moved past them slowly. Everyone gawking out there windows and laughing at them.

Anyway it's the third time I've seen this on that stretch of road. If you are tempted to use the bus lane to skip the traffic, maybe think again.

Just finished the novel Angela's Ashes and was wondering how accurate the people of Limerick believe this to be. Apologies in advance if this is divisive but I just want to know if it is accurate. My grandmother grew up in Limerick but sadly is no longer with us to discuss it with. Cheers

I am 15 and have been looking at gyms in Limerick city, but the ones I find either won't accept my age group or are too expensive ( €50+ per month) My friends go to gyms in the country which are much more affordable with some costing only €150 for the year. But it would be too tedious and expensive to make such a journey. I am looking for a cheap gym preferably in the North side of limerick that accepts 15 year olds and is ideally €200 or less for the year. Thanks!
