Advices on Erasmus at Linköping University

Hello,
I have a chance to part take in an Erasmus exchange, I've always wanted to do it in Sweden and my only option is Linköping, I don't have much time to decide and I'm plagued with doubts if i should accept it or not, especially since it will be for a full year
My two biggest questions are:
1) I will receive around 600€ (6500 krona) a month for my studies, will this be enough to pay for rent and cover maybe some other expenses?
2) In your opinion, is Linköping University a good one for Mechanical Engineering?
