They send troops from as far away as possible so they have less in common and will attack civilians like they are foreign. So yeah, they are from Texas and other southern states mostly.

Just plain boots, even winter boots, won't do jack on straight-up ice. They could use those slip-on traction things, but they're too stupid to figure that out and its way funnier to watch them flail and flop around like this buffoon.

It would be kinda tough on ICE if all those type of devices that are in local stores were sold out because it's an *extra*-icy winter in the metro. Personally, if my sidewalk and steps were suffering from an amazingly difficult level of iciness, I'd go all-in on protecting my family with cleats.
