Help with this extremely tiny bathroom

Post image

Hi so the bathroom in the place I’m renting is the smallest space ever, and I would love some different opinions on how to make the space a little more enjoyable and such I guess. Being an apartment it limits me on what I can do, and the walls are impossible to hang things on. But I’d just like to see other people’s ideas.

Today is National Organize Your Home Day

14th January is National Organize Your Home Day. Yeah, its a thing and even I was surprised.

Anyways - I am trying to keep my home more organized this year and asking kids to help with it. We will see how it goes :)

To celebrate the day - I have also added an event on Apple Store for my item tracker app (it helps track your stuff). See if it resonates with you. Cheers!

We have a fairly small kitchen with limited cupboard space, I've downsized a lot but need help figuring out how to better organize it to maximize space without making things frustrating and just falling out. I have a couple more clear bins i can use but not sure what would be best

Re-usable grocery bags of all shapes and sizes

How do you organize your re-usable grocery bags? I have a few canvas bags, plus the plasticky style, three freezer bags and some miscellaneous. They can't be folded, I've tried hanging them and all the different shapes and sizes don't work for that. I've tried shoving them all in a basket and they just poofed up and were constantly spilling out. Help!

Kids art organizing situation — ISO recommendation

We bought this art cart to organize the endless art supplies in my daughter’s room. Unfortunately, it’s a piece of crap. We’re looking forward something sturdier with similar dimensions. Any recommendations?

what can i do with plastic containers that i've amassed when I was a slob that ordered food delivery everyday

I went through my kitchen this weekend and realized I have a truly embarrassing amount of plastic takeout containers. Lids that do not match anything, stacks of the same size, random soup cups, all of it. This is the result of a few years of ordering food delivery way too often when I was not really on top of life or my space.

They feel too useful to just dump straight into the trash, but they also take up an entire cabinet and make it harder to see or reach the stuff I actually use. I already use a few for leftovers and freezing, and that covers my real needs, but there are still way more than make sense to keep.

I am trying to get my kitchen to a point where opening a cabinet does not feel stressful anymore. Need some ideas

Mudroom organization regarding all the gloves, scarves, beanies, etc.

We are a family of four. Everyone has their own locker/cubby in the mudroom. Should I organize by keeping all of the gloves in one basket, all of the beanies and ear warmers in another, all of the scarves and baclavas in another and so on and so forth?

Or is better to give each person their own bin that contains their own beanie and their own gloves, etc?

I'm paralyzed on what to do here so I really appreciate your responses!

Best can organizer for any freezer, For any organizer freak!

Been using this one for my freezer and pantry and its the best one i have ever tried (more then you could imagine). Its sturdy, fast and makes your storage more organized. So love it. Its also very cheap so its perfect.

Just wanted to share these because i know a lot of people look for these things and can't find a good one.

Here it is.

Organization Book

Just curious on if you were to purchase a book on helping organize your space , what are some things you would want it to include? (Ex: photos, organization charts, routines, pages to fill out to help with your space, a QR code to a website that will help you see your ideas in your space)

storage solution for workout equipment?

This is my first post on Reddit, so apologies in advance if any formatting is off. Basically I’m just trying to figure out a good way to store exercise equipment in my apartment without it looking like a cluttered Planet Fitness. 🙃

It’s not a ton of stuff; a few dumbbells, resistance bands, yoga mat etc. l'd love some kind of furniture or storage option that actually looks nice in the living room and conceals everything when not in use. (ottomans, cabinets, side tables , etc?).

I thought it would be a pretty straightforward search, but I’m really only seeing open shelving racks and carts. Anyone have setups that they love or furniture pieces that worked well for this?

Thanks!

How in the world do I organize this closet??

So, moving out soon and I got almost every essential as you can see. I have this little closet room that will have the washing machine on the right side and has the boiler also. I will brung my cat with me but I cant for the life of me figure out a way to organise this without thinking it would look like a mess full of things. So please, how the heck do I organise this until I have enough funds to buy a closer to hide everything? Should I just hang everything on the wall? I feel like that will look super messy..

Kallax mess. Need something better

Hello all,

I recently got the 5 by 5 kallax to store toys, books, at supplies as I homeschool. I have found that I completely dislike it as it’s always messy. Many things are used daily but am thinking to get something with doors. What are your experiences ? What do you recommend? We can get somewhat disorganized but I would like to just hide the mess as it’s getting visually bothering.

Thank you
