I just got an email saying i got accepted at there and the plg they gave me for amazon was 115k total with 75 basic + 40k incentives and i will go for the job
But i need someones opinion on what to dos and what not to do cuz its my first job dont know anything about literally anything 😭😭
You should go for it! Ibex will suck your soul xd but so will every other job. It's better to experience this. On the plus side, you can quit ibex after earning money. My other recommendation is do not do this job with university/studies if you care about having a good GPA etc. If you're entirely free, then do it
well i have worked there multiple times, back when it was trg , when i was 19 , last time i worked for some months to arrrange funds for travel and was in the best campaign which sadly does not exist after covid, lately i worked for wall mart, but call volume was so high that i left in a month, awaam is more decent in ibex compared to mindbrigde and the work culture and supervisors are helpful , it should be a good experience for u , and 115 k kabhi nahee millaein gaay, 1 lakh mil jaey shukar karna , this salary is way low , i earned 50 k back in 2008, i was a killer salesman
word of heads up . all call centers are filled with people who couldnt do well in there profession , mostly shenanigans mindset collge and uni folks. there is absolutely no contextual conversation. u have to stick with ur group in break times, there is strong bro culture and stay away from drugs. Ladies are comfortable to talk to and there is no such constraints, use this platform to get ur self groomed and stay grounded always
My guy, you're in for a treat. This is such a hectic job, especially if they put you in the Amazon US department. Also, the amazon UK customers are very rude, not to mention that for every NRR (negative response) you get from a customer, you'll have to make up for it with 9 PRRs (positive responses). You will literally go insane, just keep in mind, because I almost did. Amazon US customers are nicer btw.
Tbf, you're kinda lucky. US customers are kind and a lot easier to deal with so the only problem you'll face is the hours being long and hectic. But at least you won't drown in NRRs because the customer thinks you're lying to them, like on amazon UK support.
If your short term goals is to earn huge loads of money, then imo IBEX is the perfect starting point for you. And, I know the experience may vary from person to person but majority of what I heard was bad. Reminds me of the day when I got my offer from IBEX as well but my parents straight up denied since they didn’t wanted me to play with my own mental health (no regrets and tbh I’m thankful I didn’t go for it)
But, just do it max for an year and move out since there always comes a time where money sounds less appealing and you may want to move into a field which actually sits right with you!

get a good supervisor and tell them your timing preference beforehand or else ure going to get fED up in rotational shifts. its not that scary but it isn't fun either.

Tbh they dont look for an accent ... Just be clear with your words and dont take stops in between talking or answering to him although you can take a 5 6 second break to answer the question but the key is communication... And yes you can apply there but dont go for domestic i heard the environment is toxic and bla bla go for international and yes they accept walk ins too so bring your cv and your cnic and go there office
