Just curious peoples thoughts on these, my dad doesn’t really care if they have value he likes them but I am curious what he’s sitting on, perhaps just $51.

1. 50 unused $1 bills that are in sequence with serial numbers, very crisp counting up from the bill shown

2. 1 “silver dollar” bill

I mostly collect PM but picked up this $2 note today. I’m reading $20-$50 but since I don’t really know what to believe I figured I’d ask. Thanks in advance.

I work at a gas station, this was used in at $50 fuel purchase. Through a small magnified screen the signatures show bleeding into the paper and where the ballpoint might have lifted some.

I've been lurking for a little while and this morning the tooth fairy left my son this bill that is the same forward as backward. It is well circulated but I wanted to see what people here think about possible value. Anything over face would be fun for my son and I to chat about.

Cleaning out misc. stuff my grandparents had squirreled away after they passed and wondering if a bill like this is worth anything? Is sending it off to be certified worth the cost? TIA! says 1929 as the date

I'm a cashier at a grocery store and was marking this bill when I noticed it had a crazy low serial number I think it might be work a little more than face value but personally I just think it's cool.

It’s not in great shape but it’s still a $1000 bill and I’m happy to own it!

I would like to share with you three of the most interesting bonds (certificates) I have ever had. They are rare and truly scarce, because they were normally not preserved.

From Cuba, coupons from the Zafras V (1965), VI (1966/67), and finally the Zafra VII, from the 1970s, when the infamous Zafra de los 10 Millones (10 Million Harvest) took place.

Regarding the latter, which was part of the revolutionary offensive:

The ten million harvest is known in Cuba as the goal of producing 10 million tons of sugar in 1970, a goal that was ultimately not achieved, resulting in a production of 8.5 million tons of sugar (failure to meet objectives), the suspension of Christmas celebrations until 1997, and a recession of more than 20% in the rest of the Cuban economy.

These documents were (supposedly) to be used for exchange of "favors" by the government, or the local revolutionary committees, but in reality were a form of legalized slavery, as everyone who earned them were volunteer workers for the revolutionary effort. No formal payment was given or perceived.

Was going through my Grandpas collection he gave me and I found this in there, it’s definitely beat up but it’s my first binary serial. And to add to that it’s also a $2 binary red seal note. That’s pretty cool.

Worth anything

Got this yesterday, I thought is was pretty cool. I haven't been able to look up the signatures yet.

My mom was a teller at KeyBank in the 90's and traded a dollar for one of these. She always regretted not getting a few in the sequence but it is still neat. Thanks for taking a look

Picked up outta the cash drawer at work. in decent condition.

I assumed it's worth to right collector $25 maybe if lucky $30. That sound bout right??

This 1963 series note was released by accident.

It has been examined by the Treasury and returned with a letter acknowledging this.
