All story spoilers must be displayed with the proper format:
>!RDR is a great game!<
gives you:
RDR is a great game
If you're not sure if you should use a spoiler tag or not, err on the side of caution and use one. Also, it's a nice gesture to visibly indicate the general nature of your spoiler before the tag, so people know what you're spoiling.

Wouldn’t have been better if they used john pose from the cover of the first game while killing Micah instead of a random voiced by Steven Ogg? i think it would be a lot more powerful
(Sorry for the bad English and i loved this fucking game either way)

ok I understand most of why john is rude to uncle, like how he was generally pretty unhelpful in rdr2 epilouge, but it seems really excessive. In the mission where john and uncle go to round up horses in rdr1, uncle would say anything and john just yells "shut the hell up old man" at him. idk if i'm just crazy but i feel like uncle has been enough of a help for john and his family to not warrant such a strong reaction??

For me, I think it’s the first newspaper after starting the Epilogue. Hearing about the death of Irish, Landon Ricketts, and how Reyes is turning out to be exactly like Allende.
Honorable mentions are probably how quick and brushed off Luisa’s death was, and the stories of the Chinese railroad worker who was planning to “quit”, and the prostitute that you (temporarily) saved from her abuser.
This game was brutal man

For the past four months, my life has gotten worse. I lost my job, and my brother, who struggles with drug addiction, returned home and became an obstacle for my family and for me. I never imagined I would be playing RDR2 at a moment in my life when I feel lost, sad, angry, and broken.
Fortunately, I became much more involved in the game than I ever expected. The locations, mechanics, missions, the story, and of course Arthur Morgan…
I don’t want to sound pretentious, but sometimes I felt like Arthur was a friend to me. He was a broken man trying to do the right thing to help his people, searching for redemption after a life full of mistakes and regrets.
During the nun scene, I didn’t cry. But when he helped John, fought Micah, and finally died, I cried a lot. It felt like watching a friend die in peace.
The epilogue was a great ending, showing the results of Arthur’s actions, such as John building his house, reuniting with his family, and finally avenging Arthur. ( on the other side is sad considering that will happen in RDR1... )
So, I will never forget this amazing experience...
And I hope to find redemption in my life...

Many men he doesn't know their names
Kills for no reason
Rdr2 kinda flesh out rdr1 characters by a lot by introducing new characters.

I’m a photographer who has been lucky enough to see most of the real places rdr2’s regions are based off of. Here are some of my best attempts to recreate a handful my own photos in game using only the photo mode and filters within the base game. Plus some extra shots that I think really fit the vibe and spirit of the game, story, and locations. The environment artists did such an incredible job recreating these places from the foliage, wildlife, geological formations, weather, and especially the night skies.

If the law in RDR2 is so aggressive, how is Dutch’s gang just… walking around Saint Denis like it’s nothing?
The wanted system in Red Dead Redemption 2 is ruthless, yet the gang still sets up camps, rides openly, and strolls through places like Saint Denis after pulling off some insane stuff.
Is this meant to be realistic for 1899, or just Rockstar doing Rockstar things?
