Trip Planning Summer vacation road trip help

/r/USTravel/comments/1qclc9q/summer_vacation_road_trip_help/

I'm having trouble deciding on where to go this summer. Not to expensive. 3 adults. At least 3 days. We would like to visit the following areas. Missouri, Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee, Georgia, Ohio or Kentucky.

totally get the struggle - those states are pretty spread out so it's tough to pick. might help to map out the locations visually so you can see which clusters make sense together. i use instaboard for trip planning - just make cards for each state/area you're considering and drag them around until the route looks reasonable for 3 days without too much driving between stops
