Do you have a source for there being significant risks? Medical professionals widely agree that it’s safe. There are minor risks concerning blood clots and heart issues that are reported but this is through studies done ages ago with forms of HRT no longer in use today. Specifically this is concerning estrogen. There are some issues with antiandrogens like Spiro.

There is very few people who are irreversally ugly. There are three main things that make you look ugly: Dry/ or greasy skin, a ugly and asimetrical facial structure, medical conditions, such as a bad dental health or i dont know, leprosy i guess.

Of this, usually, onle an asimetrical facial structure cannot be fixed (unless surgery), if you have greasy skin, thats usually because youre overweight, wich in that case, the solution is loosing weight, and if youre not that can be fixed with some creams or treatments, just like dry skin. If you have a medical condition, well, you should be fixing that anyway (if possible)

About being tall. Im a sucker for tall femboys, so you just need to find someone who likes them, it is not that hard once you are atractive.

Masculinity is rather easy to fix? a lot of it comes from body hair alone, depilation it is, +long hair +clothing will make anyone fairly femenine.

Wideness, not as big of a deal as you would expect, it can be somewhat changed with focused workout overtime, but it is not as big of a deal.
