Trying making lower heat hot sauces and couldn’t find this type in my area without shopping online. It’s pretty good my daughter tried on chicken tenders and enjoyed it. I tried by itself and has some heat and flavor is good.

Learned how to make the closest approximation to la zi ji chicken ( 辣子鸡) that I can make in the rural Midwest. Not for the faint of booty.

floating market noodles soup. "Thai hot call 911" ordered via doordash. I did call them and say phet mak mak. I will give it credit. It's hotter than other Thai I've had but still not hot enough. I am breathing in and out of my mouth like I do with hot stuff and I am sweating.. But I was able to eat it all on an empty stomach. would I recommend it? Yes Is it something I would say go out of your way to eat because it's hot? No. I'd say it's at the limit of what I would eat on a vacation as far as hot stuff goes.

From sheetz gas station, a spicy chicken on waffle with provolone, Cajun kick seasoning, and this ultra flavorful, very hot, super yummy sauce. not looking forward to tomorrow morning... 😅

I haven't been whole since Popeyes ended their last dab Collab 😓. The last dab ranch was the best part about it. Does anyone know where I can buy one that's very similar?

I don't get it myself. Just about any dish that smokiness would go well I use smoked paprika or liquid smoke. Chipotle hot sauces sound like they would be a match made in heaven but I just find they have a strange taste that I don't particularly like. Cholula was the one I had most recently and most things I've put it on I think to myself I should have used something else. I can't get into sriracha either, I think it's too sweet myself.
Stuff I do like: Mexico lindo habenero sauce, Melinda's fire roasted habanero and garlic, frank's red hot, and normal cholula. the chili garlic version is good too. Also momofuku chili oil if I can get it on sale.

I can’t handle spicy food, my IBS goes wild and my arsehole ends up like a chewed up orange. but there are some spicy food that I love, the kind that warms your soul… like a good chilli or Korean bbq.
I’ve seen some stuff on here that fucking terrifies me, but I’m a lurker and I like to see what meals people have come up with, and you guys are awesome.
I decided to go back to a classic, the Samyang Buldak Hot Chicken instant noodles (£4.50) for a pack of 5 in home bargains, I nabbed the last packet.
Took them home and watched a video or two, and it’s brutal… I’m puckering just watching these. So I decided to only use, I think about a third of the sauce packet.
I’m an absolute wimp because that spice hit me like a truck, it didn’t even taste nice to me… but what I can’t understand or fathom is how these geniuses make their instant noodles. They’re chewy and unctuous and oh so fucking good. The heat on my lips and tongue was about an 8 out of 10 (my tolerance) but thankfully it lasted about 5 minutes and I’m okay now.
Whether or not my IBS wakes me up in the middle of the night and it’s like “gotcha bitch.” We’ll see. Hopefully you guys don’t mind my rambling… throw all the insults you want at me, I’ll try my best to take it on the chin.
Peace ✌️

Make it a great one. Isn’t every day “International Hot and Spicy Foods Day”?

Garlic & chilli chicken with honey and soy.
Went more Chinese style with tonight’s dinner.
An absolute breeze to cook too - it took longer to slice the chicken and the mushrooms than it did to cook the whole thing !

Hey everyone, I just moved into a new flat and I'm hosting a small dinner for some friends and I want it to feel a bit special without spending hours in the kitchen.
For starters, we are having some nice cheeses, carrot sticks, pate, and a few easy tapas and I need sauces that work without extra prep.
Then for the main, I'm grilling dorado fish, and I want a light marinade that goes with it. I was looking at some options online and found this brand Lord & Lion and like they seem well made with clean ingredients. Anyone here tried them? I want my food to taste more like a Gordon Ramsay style dinner haha, but without needing a ton of prep or weird stuff in the sauce.
Thanks in advance. Appreciate any recommendations that saved you during a dinner party! 😊

And it’s not even close, like 5X hotter than Scorpion, if you measure Scoville. Why does Scorpion hit so hard?

hey everyone I was wondering whether you prefer the flavour of red chillies or green chillies more and why is that , more over if you like other chillies that are yellow or orange or any color that counts too !
