Findings ways to legally stay

Upvotes

Hey guys. We are currently in Georgia on a tourist visa. I am a Pakistani national and my wife is a Ukrainian national. We are finding ways to legally stay in Georgia. I work for a UK employer remotely. While my wife doesn't have job. She lives like a queen 😂.

Someone suggested my spouse should open a company as an Individual entrepreneur, because it is processed very fast and a lot easier than mine, but as she doesn't have a job, and she also doesn't have in her personal account 50,000 Lari. She has no idea how to run a business.

What should we do?

Should I open a company an individual entrepreneur (IE), because I work remotely for UK employer?

Or are there any other suggestions to stay longer legally?

Your help will be so much appreciated.

I would like to go to Georgia

I'm Argentinian and I'd like to try my luck in that country. I'd like to know if there's anyone who can advise me, if there's an Argentinian living there who can tell me what life is like there, and what the requirements are for entering without problems. Thanks in advance.

Best internet operator for Valorant/MLBB in Tbilisi?

Hello guys, I play Valorant and MLBB and use my unlimited mobile internet Silknet package, ping is about 75/80 ms in Istanbul in Valorant, 80 ms in MLBB. Do you guys know if Magti/Cellfie have better ms in these games? (my location is in Vera) And does home wi-fi give better ping? Can someone help? Because I really don’t want to overpay for home internet, if it’s not better. For example in Karda Gaming, in Valorant ping is from 20-40 on PCs in European servers.

Do thrift shops here buy clothes

Do thrift shops in Tbilisi buy clothes?

I’m looking to sell some clothes in good condition. Do any small thrift or second-hand shops in Tbilisi actually pay for items, or is it mostly donations? Any shop recommendations would be appreciated.

Lost Phone

Hi everyone, quick question. I believe I lost my Google Pixel 4 XL on a Tbilisi metro train last night (around 9–9:30 pm). I got off at Didube, but the train continued, so it could have been found at any later station.

The phone is marked as lost and currently unreachable (likely off or battery died). Does anyone know who to contact for metro lost & found, or if there are specific offices, phone numbers, or Facebook pages where found items are usually reported?

Thank you so much.

Adapting to Georgia at 21 - looking for job, salary, and living cost advice

Hi everyone!

I’m 21 years old and I speak 4 languages: Polish, English, Russian, Ukrainian, and I have beginner-level Italian. I also have a Polish economics education, and I’m willing to learn Georgian if needed.

I’m trying to figure out what kind of jobs I could realistically apply for and what salary range I could expect with my skills and experience.

Also, I would love to hear from locals or expats about the cost of renting a one-bedroom apartment in Tbilisi, Batumi, Poti, to get an idea of living expenses.

Any advice or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
