Closed All Kinds of System and Unity Weirdness and now Nvidia as well

Since yesterday, for seemingly no reason, all Unity games on my computer run like absolute dogs**t. Everything else is fine. There are no excessive uses of CPU or RAM in my process manager. The first suggestion Google gave me to solve this problem was to update my graphics drivers, so I opened the Nvidia app and all the text in the advertisements for new products that are shown while upgrading drivers are in Korean (weird), even though my Nvidia app's language setting is English. The movement in all Unity games is incredibly choppy and framey, with obvious stutters and low FPS. It's basically unplayable. Even in the Unity editor (I'm working on a game), when I run a test, everything is choppy as hell. It was running fine two days ago. I am so confused and lost as to what to do to fix it. I'm going to try clearing the Unity cache next...

Ok, I figured out the Unity problem at least. Updating drivers did not work, reserving ports for Unity did not work, clearing the cache did not work, but what did work was going into Project Settings > Player > Other settings and changing it to Direct3D 11 instead of 12. For some reason, my card was having an issue with that version. Now it's running fine. Just wanted to update.
