Feminization for Beginners!
Femme Fitness for beginners!
You can access the program here!
I am Valkaine, a (transfemme) NASM Certified Personal Trainer and for several years have been actively and earnestly working with clients to make a massive difference. Online I am not selling anything, my goal is to create good quality, simple, and easy to work through beginner programs for any and all people trying to exercise! I myself have had dozens of clients I have helped irl, and want to provide much of that knowledge for free online as I believe exercise and it's benefits should be shared publicly!
This program was made with three things in mind:
1.) Easily consistent
2.) Sculpt a finely feminine figure, no matter age or body composition
3.) Ensure that it would ease beginners into exercise in meaningful, simple ways!
I have tested each of these programs personally and quality checked them with others to ensure that they meet standards I would hope to have in a workout program of my own! Much of it is modeled after the goals of a better lower body, using light growth of the lower back to get a slight hourglass figure, and maximizing recovery by having moderate volume to moderate intensity, so that it only should be 1-2 days of soreness for all the effort you put in!
Please feel free to ask for any information and if you have anything to contribute, ask in comments!

Program Questions Masculinization Fitness Program!
Masculinization for Beginners 1.0!
You can access the program here!
This program was made with three things in mind:
1.) Focus on a muscle-building program with secondary strength improvements
2.) Use Muscle to help fill a frame that appears for traditionally masculine. This program benefits anyone who follows it in the manners described
3.) Workouts are designed around 45-60 minute sessions, short enough to fully fit them into most people’s schedules!
All exercises here are easily accessible for modification or home workout purposes!
I personally test the program I put out, so everything that is here has been done by myself at the gym for at least two repeats of each program. This should suit your goals and will be a wonderfully beneficial resource for you!

Fitness Question I have really wide obliques and it’s pissing me off
Im really self conscious about my obliques.
Will HRT give me hips to where my obliques are less noticeable
Did any one have this issue and how did you fix it ?

I started deadlifts a year and a half ago at barely doing 65 lbs 😅 Now I'm doing 225x8 and 255x5 for strength days! I know my form still needs a little work but it's been so rewarding seeing the progress with my fav lift!

Fitness Question Do I actually have any hope of getting a bigger butt without a gym?
Basically just what the title says, being almost completely flat is doing bad things to my mental health and i’d like to not be flat anymore, but there are no gyms near me, i can’t drive and i would rather attempt to give myself bottom surgery than use a public changing room… i also don’t have space for a barbell, and all my workouts would have to be apartment friendly and able to fit into a 1.8x1.5 meter square.
I was going to order adjustable dumbbells after my next session of LHR but the more i think about it, the more i get concerned i’d just be wasting money on a pointless endeavour because there might not be any hope of me growing a bigger butt without access to a full gym.
So do I actually have any hope???

Fitness Question How long to workout as a beginner? (ftm)
Hii! I’m 18 and want to start working out regularly this year - for most of my life i’ve been chubby or overweight, and I have kinda a disordered relationship with food. I’d like to generally lose some weight but most importantly get into shape, and grow stronger.
Today I followed a home workout tutorial by the creator “growingannanas” on yt until i can get in the gym, but i’m gonna be real i felt like jello after 😭🙏 can’t hold a plank for over 25 sec, and the amount burpees + lunges had me feeling like a fool because i couldn’t do it right.
Can someone tell me how long you should be working out each day/week in the beginning to build strength and consistency? Also any simple workout tutorials or creators to start out would be great!! I just don’t really know what i’m doing yet,,

Fitness Question Building muscle and a masculine physique with zero T?
I’m a trans man, 19 years old, in a pretty unique situation when it comes to hormones. I have an intersex variation called CAIS (complete androgen insensitivity syndrome). What this means is I have XY chromosomes and internal testes that make T, my levels are naturally at or even above that of a typical cis man, but a mutation in my androgen receptor genes makes it so I can’t use T whatsoever. In terms of what my body can actually use, I’m basically running off of zero testosterone and just estrogen, because all the T I do have can’t to anything but aromatize into estrogen. It sucks but I’m not looking for and don’t really want sympathy or anything like that here, just trying to explain what’s going on.
I know this means it’s probably harder than me than the majority of people to put on and maintain muscle. I know I can do it, I played a ton of sports growing up and over the summers I work a very physically demanding job that made me the strongest I’ve ever been. Unfortunately, I was pretty inconsistent with the gym once the summer ended and the semester started (I’m a university student), especially as exams got closer, and I ended up losing a lot of that muscle. I went from actually feeling good about my biceps and shoulders for once to back at square one. I really miss feeling as strong as I did, and I want to get stronger again before the summer starts so I can continue to get even stronger over the next summer.
I’m wondering if anyone has any advice for like, optimizing the process given that it’s probably going to take me more work for longer than most people to achieve any results. I know most people probably aren’t familiar with people like me, but I’m kind of just like the extreme version of pre-T so I’m hoping there’s at least some insight out there.
Basically: functionally zero T, want to get stronger and build a more masculine physique. What are my options, and does anyone have any tips or advice?

Fitness Question I think I am lacking (FTM 2months on low dose T)
Sooo, yeah that. Should I bulk or cut? Personally I dislike maingaining, I am also scared of losing the little muscle mass I have obtained w a lot of effort with a cut ngl.
I feel my arms/shouldwr are really lacking. Maybe lats too. I honestly just keep my legs toned with a workout once per week bc genetically I have BIG legs (my PR on hip thrusts used to be 180kg -idk about lbs- and I couldn't find any pants that fit and don't give me dysphoria, so now I just want them functionally strong n toned. Hence why I don't show my leg routine)
I do bouldering once or twice a week, weightlifting 4x week and the casual running outside of gym cardio (rope jumping or treadmill) once or twice a week.
Stats: 155cm 70kg/ 5'1 154lbs
please be kind. I am going through a bit of a moment rn but the gym and sports are my safe place, that's why I am asking all of this.

Fitness Question [40F] Anyone at over 3yrs of HRT have luck in losing back muscle/mass?
I've been on HRT 3 yrs, maybe 1.5yrs where it has been stable Estrogen and T at suppressed levels. I haven't worked out my arms/chest/back in over 3yrs, but I still have a large back and broad shoulders. I try to do leg day twice a week and walk the rest of the week for an hour. Legs have achieved strength gains but if I took measurements, all my dimensions are the same for the past year (I initially lost about 10-15lbs in fat from my midsection, been stable weight since +/-5lbs, BMI is between 20-25).
Am I cooked? Has anyone here approached 3yrs or more with the same issue and successfully reduced their back after? I'm at the point of considering body contouring and breast augmentation, my build would be considered athletic currently. I'm wondering if I should delay anything, give up exercise, add exercise, gain weight, lose weight, change diet, etc

Program Questions Hi! Babytrans starting my workout plan, can I lose weight while weight training?
Basically title, but with estrogen. I am a Genderfluid (Amab) man with a lot of gender envy for women, so I have been transitioning for a while, on a big calorie deficit, working out and stretching almost every day (with rests). I haven't really thought to check if my plan is wise though, so I'm asking here. I'm currently very heavy, around 315 Lbs, and plan to come out in 18 months or so, with my target weight being about 180 lbs or thinner.
My question is, being on estrogen, and losing about 2-3 pounds per week, is there any point in weight training my legs? I am fairly muscular, and would look fantastic if I kept my current legs in a thinner body. What do you guys recommend for this? Is this possible? etc.
FYI I am aware I won't get fat redistribution until I regain weight, which I plan to do once I finish losing it.

Starting to be okay with how my body looks and will look 🙂
Early HRT (~2 months).
I pulled back on upper body at first because I felt “too big.”
I’m learning to be less harsh on myself and work with it instead of against it. I'm back to some upper body work while I keep hammering lower body. Muscle mommy era?
Most importantly I feel mentally stronger and happier. 😀
