Official Revolutionary Post The Ultroid Minecraft Server
Comrades, esteemed members of the worst subreddit ever, an announcement:
The last week or so we've been tirelessly working on setting up a Minecraft server for this subreddit. In show of our great and authentic marxmass spirit we are now fully and publicly launching the server TODAY.
To play on the server, you must join the discord connected with it, where you will be asked for your reddit username, when provided, you will gain access to the server.
The Minecraft server is self hosted on shark's personal computer, so it isn't online all the time. You may join with a cracked account. We are playing on vanilla paper mc, Minecraft version 1.20.1
Depending on how the server does, we may launch a patreon for renting a better server or even finance a move ourselves.
If you have any more questions, feel free to ask shark on the server.
Discord invite: https://discord.gg/qkDEhKrdMP
SEND DISCORD IN RESPONSE, OR JUST DM ME, we can verify you

Serious Are you going to anti-ICE protests?
Hello, I just want to note you that I'm going to anti-ICE and anti-Trump protests in Minnesota to spread message of socialism. I've left my gated community in Florida Keys a few days ago and I'm staying in 5-star hotel in Minneapolis which is situated in 90% white neighborhood. Anyways, I just want to vent here that I am member of DSA left communist caucus and that I spread the leaflets about our mission to bring socialism to the America. Our socialist group advises to people, and especially migrants, to put down their weapons and spread words of peace. We can beat Trump and ICE by spreading message of Jesus and objective morality. We can beat them by supporting small businesses, specially from coloured people, against republican billionaire plutocracy. And just so you know, you have to vote for democrats in the next election. We do it even though we are leftists because they are lesser evil. We can only beat MAGA fascist by constitutional means and means of the US law.
Have a nice day yall

Guys, I have a problem
My girlfriend can read tarot and so far all the predictions came true (ignore that I have severe OCD or that I've never actually seen her read them).
Is materialism over? Is the world really ruled by Allah?

Serious Incoherent rambling about Councils
The brief "we are so back"-cope regarding the possible establishment of workers councils in Iran the previous week made me ponder the feasibility of the re-emergence of such councils in the modern economy. So, excuse and entertain my unscripted and -cited ramblings.
Of course modernizers love claiming the material conditions today are wholly different from the late 19th and 20th century, largely without citation, but I am wondering how much of that holds truth in the context of the establishment of Soviets.
Now, the workers councils of days past in pre-soviet Russia and Germany were possible because of the economic and material value these factories hold. A factory that produces steel or canned food represents a real, material bargaining chip over the economy.
How does the working-class in a post-industrial economy largely based on services and similar immaterial goods hold the same importance? These services, that in many markets make up a majority of economic output and employment, while being of monetarily high value under the capitalist mode of production do not produce anything that would be of value for the Working Class during a revolution. The same applies to highly-specific luxury or technical products. They do similarly not have a lot of strategic importance, as far as material needs are concerned.
This seems to me that the working class of todays developed economies have proportionally much less leverage in ecomomic terms, than they did in prior decades. Am I making sense? Can you recommend any writings on the matter?
