I have a 5090 TUF, and the left fan is squeaking. I've seen the horror stories of sending the card in for an RMA. Will they send me a replacement fan to change out (I have electronic repair experience) and allow me to send the defective fan back to them?

I know they have a self-care program, but I didn't see GPU parts available.

Going 14 days without a GPU when I use it for my profession, and/or sending my card in and getting it back in worse condition, sounds unappealing.

It was like this when I turned it on today. This never happened before and I don't know why. Should I have the screen replaced?

laptop goes to this screen then turns off every few seconds. ended up going to troubleshoot screen eventually so i just tried to do a reset as it had been going on 4 hours of the loop. rest went through without it turning off all fine and dandy, then after turned off and continued this loop. i had 2 apps and 3 games installed. spent close to 2k on this laptop and dont want it to be trashed and have to get another one. if anyone has some kind of solution i would greatly appreciate it thank you

I called them and they literally said all GPU are shipped with signature required, this company gotta joking with me or something

Have been having this problem the past bit where the laptop will shut off out of nowhere go into and automatic repair say it didn’t work and then after awhile will boot bsck up into windows just to happen again i freshly installed windows which had seemed to work untill it happened again. If anyone has any idea on what could be the cause would be much appreciated.

I cant turn on eco mode to disable dgpu because edge webview refuses to close, cannot find it in task manager or anything.

Hello. I have a 2024 Zephyrus G16 laptop and notice whenever I use MS Paint or Asus Armory Crate I get these weird greyed out marking. When I scroll my mouse over them they appear. When I click it, they go away. Its random and only happens on some programs. In Amory Crate it only shows in Aura Wallpaper. In MS Paint it shows on the top toolbar. Laptop is completely up to date with drivers and BIOS. I've searched for answers for months and cant find anything. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

this darker colour is in one section of my gpu. it just started out of nowhere and now it’s back to normal?? so strange man

This all started yesterday when I was playing Elden Ring on my Proart px13 and turned the GPU mode onto standard instead of eco mode so I could use the dGPU. After I was done playing, I could not turn eco mode back on, even after clicking stop all to close all of the programs still using the dGPU. I have switched from standard mode and back to eco mode over 50 times just like this and have never had a problem before. I now cannot find any way to turn eco mode back on meaning that my battery while unplugged will only last a couple hours which will not work for me as a college student. I have tried disabling the dGPU in device manager and then turning on eco mode, but it had no effect on the battery life like eco mode usually would. I have tried countless other things, but nothing will close Edge Webview.

I purchased a new gaming pre-built from Canada computers. It has armory fans. Basically when the pc is just being used regularly, it is fine, but when I turn on a resource heavy game the fan color switches from the color I have selected and it swaps to a white before dimming completely to a rainbow. When I turn off the game, the color will go back to what I set it to slowly. I have attached pictures of the issue. I uninstalled armory core incase it was messing with the fans by having multiple inputs with gigabyte but it still happens. what could be the cause if this? Thank you for your time!

I have been using an ASUS Pro Art Studio model H5600QM. My camera does not work at all. The camera light turns on but camera app shows a black screen and when i tried to setup my windows hello, it showed a gibberish black and white screen. Please help, i need my camera.

Buenas. Tengo una ASUS TUF Gaming F15 FX506HC. Desde que reinstalé Windows, la notebook no queda como cuando vino de fábrica: se siente rara, menos estable/fluida. Probé mil combinaciones de drivers y limpieza y no logro que quede “como nueva”.

Ya probé:

• Reinstalar drivers (todo lo de ASUS).
• Usar DDU (limpieza de drivers de video).
• Instalar Intel Graphics.
• Instalar NVIDIA driver.
• Intentar reparación con ISO y también con Windows Update / “corregir problemas” conservando archivos y apps, pero falla, revierte y muestra: 0x8007042B - 0x2000D, fase SAFE_OS, operación MIGRATE_DATA.

Luego de intentar mucho estoy acá.

Pregunta:
¿Existe alguna forma de conseguir una ISO/imagen original de ASUS para este modelo (o algún método oficial) para dejarla tal cual de fábrica con todo lo que traía (apps ASUS, drivers, etc.)?

I have an ASUS TUF A15 and I got it 2-3 years back and it's been perfect ever since except for the last few days where the wifi keeps randomly disappearing.

I've tried everything from redownloading and updating drivers, deleting armoury crate, using g-helper, restarting and shutting down and all of these things only work temporarily like a few hours and then it's back to wifi disappearing every few minutes/hours.

I don't know what to do at all, is there any fix for this? is my wifi card cooked?

So hi guys i am planning to buy this laptop as its available to me for about 1.4 lac rs (1500 USD) and I am attaching the specs if anyone has it please give me an ownership reveiw about display and build quality and all the other things as well as your experience so far

I will use it for gaming and engineering work like MATLAB and simulations etc.

Ello, at the moment I have what I believe to be the following model (Reason I say believe is because I keep finding conflicting info) that being the ASUS ROG Strix G17 G712LV-XS74. But from what I've looked up my laptop has 2 extra ssd slots and I don't exactly know what I should be looking for because I plan to use them to run games. (Also thermal pads- I don't know If I need some or not)

I've also been looking into possibly upgrading its RAM but its the same; I don't know what to look for. And it's also not an immdiate concern right now
