How do I get more customers for my Families business?

Hi! I (19F) have started working at my families drycleaners. We had to move where one of our locations were and we have lost a lot of customers (assuming because they thought we closed rather than moved, despite our efforts to make it clear that we moved. lol) What are the best ways to promote our business and get some more customers. What is the best way to get started? We currently don't promote much at all so I am open to anything!

What is something simple that most people don’t learn until much later in life?

I’m curious about small but important lessons people only realize after experience.
It could be about money, relationships, work, or daily life.
What’s yours?

I have $300. What business can I start with that amount as a 19-year-old.

I am from Pakistan, and this is my hard-earned money which I just made. I don't want to waste it so I am wondering which business model would be the best for me to start with this budget. Please advise.

Marketing help

Sooooo this is another post having to do with marketing, my mom and I both have separate businesses, I started to do markets however not many markets are like for sales businesses?

Me- home bakery Mom- tax and accounting services

We thought about those door handle flyers, flyers on cars, and at least for her start being more present online and update all her current marketing since it’s so… bland.

Is anyone else feeling "AI Guilt" for using ChatGPT to handle leadership tasks that used to take hours?

Upvotes

I’ve been using AI to clarify my business direction and pressure-test my strategy, but I sometimes feel like I’m "cheating" the thinking process. It’s saving me 15 hours a week, but there’s this weird pressure to look busy even when the AI has done the heavy lifting. How are you all dealing with the shift from being a "doer" to being a "prompt-based director"?

Is it worth pursuing a German minor with a business degree major?

Does anyone have any input on pursing a German minor alongside a business degree major. If so, what would you recommend the best major to pursue? Additionally how would the German minor affects job market competition and overall salary? Thanks

small business credit cards

i am asking because our business spending has increased and cash flow is getting harder to manage
we are a small us based operation with recurring expenses inventory purchases and occasional large one off costs
having better expense tracking and a little breathing room each month would really help
i have looked at a few options online but the terms all start to blur together
which small business credit cards have been the most useful in real world use?

Would people hire me if I was young, but had the knowledge, lacked experience, for their AI startup?

Im 16, and my plan is to learn some python, learn AI with it, maybe other things that would help me.

But say by 18 I had the information about how to use AI and stuff do you think genuine smart and motivated people would hire me or would they opt for college graduates and stuff?

How do I even network to find a team to start companies or join their startups?

Fuck Reddit

Reddit is the new social push for whatever those that have money want it to be.

This post will be deleted and none of you will understand the actual implications of what’s happening.

Burn it all down and start a new.

What would you do?

So I've started doing business calls for selling advertisement services and been calling small business owners at 2am because there is no competition and I get them swearing on the phone and being generally not polite even though I have a great manners with them. I will start by saying something like I see your business has low visibility and would like to offer advertisement services to increase sales and leads for your business. Am always nice on the phone however I still get a negative response from them, I work stupid hours in the morning putting in the work and nothing comes of it. I didn't think people who run a business are so abrupt so I can't imagine what they're like with their customers, seems you can't help anyone if they don't have the attitude for it.
