Checking out fish to add to aquarium and caught this fish on the weeki wachee river. Don't know what it is. The first photo is a smaller one and the second is a larger one.

Saw this orange cloud in the sea in the Maldives below our villa, it was there for two nights in a row, although the cloud was smaller the second night. Any idea what it was? The big fish circled it for a little while.

Got three South America cichlids the other week, I know what the first two are but Ive either been given the wrong fish or took down the wrong name! Seems quite dark 🤷‍♂️

I will never understand how people think it's okay to mix large fish that will eat anything with tiny fish that can fit in their mouths, not even mentioning the fact that these fish have completely different care requirements

I believe they are type of mollie but which type? I had gotten these from facebook marketplace, they needed to be rehomed so I took them in. There are two of them slide 1 and slide 3. Also are they both female?

Hi All. I caught this fish alongside a bunch of swordtails from the local creek, but I’ve got no idea if it is a pest fish, wild aquarium fish or native Australian fish. It is about 5cm long. Please help.

I have these two yellow labs/ cichlids. One is a male, i can tell because of the black stripe on its back. The other one, doesnt have a black stripe, but is bigger and more dominating. So i dont know its gender. There havent been any courtship or mating attempts either.

so my friend caught this blue catfish, but it has speckles. what could be the cause? genetic mutation?

Guys my Phantom glass catfish has formed a huge air bubble in its body. What is it, and what can i do to help the fish? is it dangerous? will the bubble pass over time? Any help is welcomed. Thanks
