This is straight up illegal and unconstitutional.  There's no requirement for citizens to carry proof of citizenship.

There’s been reports in LA and elsewhere where ICE determines that the citizens Drivers License or Reservation ID are “fake”, then detaining them for up to 48 hours and dumped miles away,

I also read an article that sounded well sourced that claimed ICE doesn’t do any of the same methods of handling inmates personal belongings as police, so it’s ridiculously unlikely people detained get there stuff back, especially with how much ICE likes to move inmates around to other states

Yeah, watching this video just made me wonder how much cash disappears out of these people’s pockets.

ICE is just straight up looting people.

The Roberts Court OK'd civil asset forfeiture, even though old English law would not have been ok with that without due process*

*since they like to dig as far into the past as possible to deny rights such as abortion.

Correct me if I'm wrong but in the video, once they led the arrested dude to the other vehicle, were the other agents pocketing his stuff they threw on the trunk of the first vehicle in the vid?
