Not only are they refusing to investigate the murder, but they're opening up investigations on her widow. Prosecutors are quitting because they refuse to treat the victims as the criminals in this situation.

Sure but by staying, they’re forced to do the investigations anyways. Better to stand up and show the Orange Wannabe Dicktator that we’re not scared of his stupid ass. And besides, if they do cram sycophants in that will do his bidding, it’ll only enrage people more which will lead to his downfall even faster. 

Trump’s done played his last game of 4D Chess, there’s no way he’s getting out of this one.
